Gu Xijiu desired to regain her powers; she would be unable to do so unless the mechanism was eradicated. It would thus be no easy task, for the core of the mechanism, coined as the "Tree Palace" sustains a myriad of half-orcs about it.

As Mr. Fuyi told Gu Xijiu the entire case about the mechanism, Gu Xijiu furrowed in anxiousness. It was asserted that attempts at entering the "Tree Palace" would be fairly troublesome, for its entrances have been all closed. Gu Xijiu's lack of spiritual power would make it impossible for her to do so.

Gu Xijiu wanted more information. She looked at Mr. Fuyi and said, "You're alone here, yet you don't seem to be afraid!"

Gu Xijiu was a fairly percipient person; thus, she had readily perceived that Mr. Fuyi was no weakly individual; his strength was as formidable as a mountain. However, there was an inundated amount of half-orcs here that possessed the power of gods; even Gu Xijiu would thus not pose any challenge against them. She was sure that the best guards would surround the core of the Tree Palace. If Mr. Fuyi's identity is divulged, albeit his possessing great ability in fighting, he would be unable to win.

Mr. Fuyi understood what Gu Xijiu meant; thus, he colloquially laughed and said, "Sacrifices are necessary to lure the enemy out."

Gu Xijiu was pensively ruminating; it was then that the sound of a bell emanated from outside. "Mr. Fuyi, open the door, please."

Gu Xijiu then hid behind her bed drape. "Let him in; I have a plan."

After that, Mr. Fuyi invited the person in. A minute after, Gu Xijiu attacked the person, and he fell onto the ground. She killed him with ease. Gu Xijiu proceeded to remove the clothes of the dead man.

Mr. Fuyi glanced at her in a furrowed expression, stopping her. "What are you doing?"

"Disguising as him! I can leave as I am now."

...

Less than 15 minutes later, Mr. Fuyi saw the 'half-orc' that stood in front of him. "Your disguise technique is superb!" Indeed, one could not distinguish between the half-orc and herself. They were both of the same height, and there were other striking similarities.

Gu Xijiu even used a decomposing powder to dissolve the dead orc's body, not even a single trace of it was left.

Mr. Fuyi folded his arms while observing her getting at work; he did nothing. This woman was unparalleled in her sinister and malevolent behavior; she was indeed a cold-hearted being. Of what descent has she come about from? Not at all a twelve or thirteen-year-old innocent girl.

Both of them came out, one in front and one at the back. Gu Xijiu prided herself with being the person in front. Indeed, one cannot but liken her behavior and disposition to the half-orc she murdered; there was no difference. Even her voice was as harsh and deafening as the creature!

Mr. Fuyi was astounded! The orc Gu Xijiu impersonated as was only merely an escort, and was in no power to enter the little master's room. So Gu Xijiu brought Mr. Fuyi to the door and left afterward.

Before Gu Xijiu left, she transmitted a message, "I will seek out the button, and eradicate it!" Mr. Fuyi had no time to reply, for she had turned around and ran away. She ran kindred to the likes of a half-orc, limping with every pace. The woman was indeed a talented being!

At the doorstep, Mr. Fuyi stopped for a while, and finally turned around and entered the façade of the palace room.

...

After Gu Xijiu trod on several pathways, it was at one that a person shrieked at 'him'. "The person in front, stop!"

Mr. Fuyi had already told Gu Xijiu the whereabouts of the place and drew her a map too. With her adept sense of direction, finding the button would pose no difficulty. She followed the route to the detail and found the place, but it was unexpected that as she approached the button, someone had shouted for her to stop.
