Sunsets. Link have always loved sunsets, he doesn't know exactly why though. Maybe it's because of the beautiful colors? But yet sunsets means that night is approaching, which means that more monsters will emerge. He gives out a sigh as turns his head away from the sunset, seeing the almost completely ruined remains of Hyrule plateau. Further away he could glimpses the ruins of Zora's domain. Link's ears perks as he glimpses something bright shimmering through the ruins.

He runs to the other side of the castle balcony he was standing on to get a better look. The longer he waits the more clearly he can see the bright blue lanterns descending from the lake. Link sighs sadly as his thoughts travels back to the Zoras. They lost their future queen, the only advantage they had against Ganon's malace. Link's thoughts reminds him of what happened to Sidon just before he left, and a cold shiver went through his spine as he felt almost as like someone had punched the air out of his lungs. That scream. That scream so full of pain and despair will never leave his mind. "I'm-... So sorry..." Link whispers quietly to himself. He quietly prays that it would all get washed away with the sunset.

"Your highness! The goblins are attacking the outskirts of Kakariko village, we need assistance!" A man in his middle ages with hair white as crystals and with a beard just as white pants out as he stumbles into the throne room. Zelda quickly looks up from her work, facing the man. "I'll send an army there immediately" Zelda replies as she turns her head towards one of her guards "Gather troop 25 and 8 and ride off towards Kakariko village. Now!" She orders and the guard hurries off. Zelda walks off towards the man, blood dripping from a big wound stretching over his forehead down over his eye. "Come here and let me heal you" She says as the man, confused, looks up at her. "B-but mistress.. You need to spare your power-" He stutters. "Nonsense." Zelda interrupts as she sternly pulls the man closer with her hand on his shoulder and places her hand over the opened wound. The oh so familiar glow from her hand appeared and the man grunts in discomfort as his skin heals under her hand.

Zelda removes her hand and gives the man a sad smile "Now go, your horse is waiting for you you outside and Kakariko village needs all the help that it can get" She orders and the man nods before running down the halls towards the exit. She sighs deeply, turning her head towards the huge window covering one of the walls from top to bottom. She slowly ambles towards it, pushing it open and letting her hair out of her braid and seeing it flow around in the wind. She looks at the sunset, tears filling her eyes as the thought of  all her soldiers and all the innocent villagers that will see this sunset as their last. so much blood will be spilled, there was no doubt about that. Zelda knows that Kakariko village is a strong city and if it ever asks for her it's certain that it's a case of catastrophe. "May the setting sun bring the souls of the innocent with it down into the night.." She whispers to herself.

Zelda remembers how she used to love sunsets, enjoying the beautiful colors dancing across the sky. Now, though, all she could think of what dangers that will approach along with the dark of the night.

*POV change again*

Sidon's sitting by the shore, his feet in the water. He looks off into the lake, where he and his people had buried Mipha only some hours ago. "Heeyy?" A tiny voice speaks behind him and Sidon looks over his shoulder to be met by a little zora holding a waterlily in her hand. "Oh, hey there little one" Sidon smiles at her as she sits down next to him. "I got this for Mipha" She says as she leans down to let the waterlily float out of her hand and into the water. "Aaww... I bet she loves it" Sidon replies as he watches the waterlily drift off. "I got something for you too" The kid said as she rises back up again and walks behind him. Sidon jumps lightly from surprise when something light falls over his head and over his injuried eye. The zora child giggles as she points down into the water "Look! Look!". Sidon leans over the edge to take a look at himself, who's head was now decorated with a crown of flowers. He smiles brightly back at her "Thank you, it looks great".

They both hear an older voice calling out and the kid gives Sidon a quick hug before she runs off towards the voice. Once again he was alone, and he takes a deep breath. Everything seems... Okay. Not good, not even close but..

Okay. Sidon smiles as he watches the beautiful sunset. Feeling how everything that weighs him down temporarily sets along with the sun, deep into the night.

He doesn't even notice how something or someone all dressed in black slowly creeps closer.
