I#24: Steve Rogers Part Two

There has been attack in time square. Police cannot confirm if this is an attack of terrorism or an inside job. Main streets have been closed, subways lines has been closed.

Natasha, Bucky and Steve were on there way to stop the sudden threat that was put on New York. They were trying to receive information on what happened. "So this is a one mans job?" Steve asked grabbing his shield, preparing for landing.

"Woman. It's a woman from what witness say." Natasha replied grabbing her gun. "And she is one strong woman."  She displayed a video of the mysterious women grabbing one of the SWAT team members slamming him into the car.

"Any theory's?" Bucky asked Fury.

"Maybe not all the super soldiers are actually dead." He responded crossing his hands. Everybody froze and looked at Bucky and Steve.

"W-What? That's impossible. Every single one of them at the base was dead." Steve explained.

"Apparently not. Get her and don't kill her." Fury said. They landed, all running out of the jet ready to execute the plan.

Steve and Natasha ran to the backside of the threat as Bucky ran forward.

You were scared. The last thing you remember is being put under. All of the lights, the cars, the guns. You were scared.

When one of the police officers shot at you, it didn't hurt you. In a matter of fact it made you angrier. So you grabbed the gun out of his hands picking him up and slamming him into the concrete.

"Stop it!" You heard a way to familiar face yell out. You dropped the unconscious guard looking at the ground. You looked up at him and saw James. When his face saw you his gun was slowly put down as his face was laced with shock and horror.

"(Y/N)?" He ran up to you as you stepped away.

"B-Bucky?" You whispered. "Wait no stop!" Something hard hit you in the head. You turned around and saw a Captain America suit and some really pretty lady. Steve stared at you as she pointed the gun at your head. He put his hand out to grab the gun pushing it down. 

"(Y/N)?"  He asked walking towards you. Your breathing started to hitch as you gasped for air.

"Aye you know her!?" Fury yelled into the ear piece. Steve ignored him walking over to you as you fell to the floor before Bucky caught you.

"I think she's having one of those panic attacks.." He replied as Steve grabbed your face.

"Hi my love. I'm here. It's me Steve." He took off his mask as your breathing calmed down. "Oh god. Do you remember me?" He asked fear in his eyes.

"Y-Yes. Where am I?" You asked him scared to hear what happened.

"Your in the year 2016." Natasha responded bending next to you. She put her hand on your forehead as you looked at her in complete fear. She looked down. "I'm not going to hurt you."

"The last white lady who told me that put me in this situation." You told her as she nodded. "Yeah well I'm not those white ladies from that time. Time has changed." She stood up.

"Fury she's running a fever. Get the jet ready to leave." You were a shaking mess. Bucky and Steve were speechless trying to wrap there heads around the fact that you were now here with them.. again.

They stared at you, as you stared at the bowl of soup on the table. They were trying to have you eat but there was no appetite. You were in shock.

"Steve. Bucky. Is there anyone else you know that might be frozen.." Tony trailed off looking at her test results as Steve shook his head.

"No." Steve simply said staring at the love of his life. You looked up at the glass, as they caught eye with each other but you didn't know that he was out there. "Maybe I should go talk to her." Steve responded opening the door but Natasha stopped him.

"No. Neither of you will go talk to her. We don't need emotions mixing with her or you two. Tony talk to her." Natasha replied. He gave Natasha the tablet walking in. You looked up at him squinting your eyes.

"You look familiar." You rasped our playing with your soup. "Who are you?" You asked him, he sat down next to you.

"I am Tony. Tony Stark. You might have known my dad." He mentioned as you chuckled.

"Howard. The brother I never wanted but always had. How is he?" You asked him as he cleared his throat.

"He died a couple of years ago.." he said as you sighed closing your eyes. "Im so sorry. I didn't know." You told him placing a hand on his shoulder. "If it makes up for it you sure did get his good looks." You chuckled as he smiled at you.

"I didn't need you to tell me that." He responded as you shook her head.

"And his ego." You responded back. He looked at everybody as Steve clenched his jaw.

"Where is Steve?" You asked him. He looked at the glass as Steve stared back. Tony could see through it using his glasses, seeing him shake his head.

"He went to wash up and prepare for a meeting." Tony responded. You nodded her head biting her lip. "Will I be able to talk to them?" You asked with hope in your eyes.

"Yes. We just don't want them interfering with you and your emotions. We are still trying to figure you out. We know a lot because of them but there is still some we don't know." He responded as you nodded.

"I'm sorry if it seems like I'm pushing you out the room, it's just I would really like to see a face to bring little old me home." You told him as he squinted his eyes.

"Are you trying to guilt me?"

"Is it working?"

"No. Not at all." He smirked as you rolled your eyes drinking the water.

"You really are your fathers son Stark." You chuckled. It was silent until you spoke up. "I guess you are the next best thing baby Stark."

"Can you answer something for me?" You asked him as he nodded. "Do you know if he ever moved on?" You asked. Steve breath hitched is his chest, knowing that you were still looking for him. A bit of a smile creeped on his face in which Bucky caught. He patted his shoulder.

"I don't know. But he always had this one picture. It looks like you." He mentioned, you laughed a bit under your breath. "Just a couple of months ago, I was going through some stuff a couple of stuff my dad left. There was a very old video of you two. I gave it to him, and he asked if he could have it. It was of you two dancing. Cap says he doesn't dance but he sure as hell loved dancing with you." You couldn't keep your laughter in as you wiped the tears.

"It wasn't because he doesn't dance. He couldn't dance. It took me and Bucky forever to teach him. He danced like a chicken with two left feet. Every time we danced he would drop me like I was a pot of hot grits." You laughed as the two boys chuckled. "Mind you this is a pre and post serum." You laughed wiping the tears away. Tony laughed shaking his head. He stood up.

"A dude is going to come and to talk to you in a bit. After all that we'll get your room set." He told you. "But you might have a few.. lessons. You know, what happened after you were frozen, technology, culture." He responded you nodded.

"Will I be able to see him after the- What is it?" You asked as he squinted his eyes in confusion. "Dude.." you trailed off as he chuckled nodding. "Will I be able to see him after the dude come?" You asked.

Without looking at the glass Tony nodded. "Sure thing.."
