I#24: Steve Rogers Part 3

          "Apparently they froze her before they could erase her memory. When you guys found the base they had her in a secured part. She was the first female to be injected with the serum." Fury responded talking to everyone at the table. Steve stared at the photo of you frozen in the chamber, all it did was make his blood boil.

"We ran some test and she's quite healthy. Mentally though she's pretty shook up. I believe that seeing familiar faces from her past can help calm her down a bit." Natasha responded looking at the two boys.

"I don't blame her. Imagine waking up thinking that everyone you knew was dead." Sam replied as Steve cleared his throat. "Sorry Cap."

"Is there anyone else that we know for sure could be one of these soldiers?" Bucky responded. Nick sighed leaning in his chair.

"So far, everything came back negative. We are sweeping every known hydra base." Fury replies. It was silent before Steve spoke up.

"Can I see her now?"

"Give it a minute or two Rogers. We are still evaluating her. Soon you can be back with your sleeping beauty." Tony responded as Steve somewhat growled at him for the name. "Awe cmon it ain't that bad! It fits her perfectly. And must I say she likes me so I don't think she minds." Tony boosted. Steve stood up, annoyed with the entire situation.

"I don't want to hear anything else about her until I can see her myself." And with that he walked out. Natasha stood up smiling.

"So I'm guessing I'm going to teach her everything!" She exclaimed excitedly.

"Why are you so excited?" Bucky responded grabbing his things.

"Because she was and still is powerful. She fought for women rights, was going to be a co-founder for SHIELD Health Science and was a flapper. How many of us can say they met a flapper?" She responded as Bucky raised his hand. "Except you."

He slowly put his hand down. "Sergeant Barnes." Fury responded as he looked at him.

"You should talk to her first. You guys were close friends, right?" Nick asked as Bucky nodded. "I'll slowly introduce Rogers to her." Nick replied. Bucky stood up prepared to see his other best friend.

He walked down the hall to the room Tony transferred her too. It was apart of the lounging floor where everyone else rooms were. Tony grabbed the key unlocking it. "Remember don't say anything that triggers her." He nodded opening the door. You stood there flipping through the channels of the T.V in amusement. You saw him as she stood up.

"Bucky?" You whispered walking to him slowly. He changed. A lot. You ran to him giving him a hug. He wrapped his arms around your figure holding you tight."Oh goodness.. what happened to your arm?" You exclaimed touching the metal arm. "Are you Alright?" You asked, the nursing side jumping out of you. He smiled seeing that you were still the same person even after 70+ something years.

"Yeah I'm fine. When I fell this is what happened." He mentioned towards the arm as you nodded.

"W-We thought you were dead?" You whispered looking at him. "How are you-"

"The serum you discovered when you tested me helped me stay alive. But some German soldiers found me, froze me and-" you stopped him before he could say anything. He was getting uncomfortable.

"No need to finish. It's okay." You told him sitting on the bed. "Look what Stark's boy showed me!" You pointed to the T.V. "This is so cool and the colors!" You exclaimed as he smiled at you. He walked up towards you kneeling in front of you as he pushed the controller down.

"(Y/N), how are you feeling?" He asked you, genuinely looking in your eyes.

"I'm 99 years old, I'm 70 plus years in the future, my parents are dead and I didn't even know, I can't see my boyfriend, I'm confused and lost and-" Bucky saw how frustrated you were becoming, remembering what Tony said. He grabbed you giving you a hug as you cried into his chest.
