15) "No one could ever miss anyone this much"

Amara POV

I woke up with Gal holding me in her arms. I was on her chest still and I couldn't go back to sleep. I gently sat up and look at Gal. I smiled

"It's kinda creepy to stare at people when they're sleeping" Gal said and I got scared so I fell onto the floor.

I heard Gal laugh and I groan. "Already a good morning" I said and got ready for school.

We were in this hospital for 2 days now and It honestly feels like I'm living here now. I've slept next to Gal the past two nights

I changed to my new clothes and grabbed my backpack.

"Bye, my cookie" Gal said and I waved her a goodbye

I arrived at school and went to class

Everyone was talking about their grades about their interview project.

I went to class and my teacher handed me back my project and I got an 100. I smiled.

"Very impressed on your work Ms Jones. Surprise how you got Ms Gadot" he said "Thank you sir" I smiled

School was over and I went to the hospital

I went to Gal's room to see her in her suit and standing up. "Uh...where are you going?" I said and she turned around "I asked to get discharged early and they said yes" she said "A-Are you sure? Are you hurt still?" I said and she shook her head

"Now, come on! We miss a lot of work!" She said and I groan

We arrived at her building and everyone welcomed her back, but obviously Gal was cold hearted she just ignored them.

We arrived at her office and I opened the door for her. We sat down on our chair and Gal immediately got to work

"Why are you so mean to people?" I said "that's how I am" she said harshly

A couple hours later and I was getting tired. I still have an hour left. I sigh

The door knocked and I saw Zack.

"Hey babe! Why did you got discharged early?" He said kissing Gal

"Because I want to" she said coldly. Zack saw me and he came towards me "Why are you here? Can't you tell you're a threat to Gal? You've gotten her stabbed" he said and I tried to hold my tears

"Zack!" Gal yelled. He turned around and shrugged "Come on! I'm going to take you on a date! Hurry and get ready!" Zack said to Gal

"No, Amara has an hour left so I'm not leaving her" Gal said harshly to Zack

"Go, you deserve to go on a date." I said "I don't wanna leave you" She whispered "It's fine" I smiled then packed my stuff

I went for the door and looked behind me. I saw Gal with a sad face and Zack with a smile

I turned around and left her office

Gal POV

It's been a couple of hours since Amara left and I couldn't stop thinking about her. Why am I felling like this?

"Right babe?" Zack said pulling out of my thoughts. "Yeah" I said going with the flow. "Wanna go to my place?" He said winking and I gagged "N-No" I smiled "Alright, bye babe" he said kissing me

I forgot we were on this date. Zack took me to this fancy restaurant.

After he left, I walked to my car and drove to my house

I finally got home and got cleaned up for bed

I crashed into my bed and I groan.

I got in bed around 10pm and It's midnight and I still can't sleep.

I'm trying to sleep, but all I could think of is Amara.

"UGHH!!" I yelled

I toss and turn on my bed

Why do I miss her so much?

No one could ever miss anyone this much.......

I slapped myself

"Go asleep Gal......go asleep so you can think about Amara and can see her in your dreams" I whispered to myself

It was seconds later, and I got out of my bed.

I'm going to fix this.

Amara POV

It was around 1:00am and I was about to fall asleep until my doorbell ranged. I groan because i was tired. I was also confused on why would anyone come to my house at this time. I stood up and went for the door. The doorbell ranged like crazy so I quickly opened it

I saw Gal and my eyes widened.

"Gal what are you doing here? It's freezing cold outside." I said and invite her into my house

"Are you okay? What happened?" I said

"I can't stay still or sleep" Gal said looking nervous "Why? My stalker is in jail so I'm safe" I said

"I-I need to tell you something" Gal said and I nodded

"I.....am in pain!" She said "Well.....I told you not to get discharged early" I said and she sigh

"I'll go get some medicine for you" I said and turned around, but she grabbed my arm making me spin around to look at her

"I'm not hurt because of the stabbing" she said "Then where are you hurting?" I said and she grabbed my arm to place it on her chest.

"It hurts right here" She whispered.

I felt her heart beating fast

"It's hurts because I don't have you" She whispered

"I.....think I like you" she said and my eyes widened
