Personality: Takara is self righteous in her own special way, not in the fact that she thinks highly of herself, more in the fact that she can be painfully self aware. She's a villain, but if given the right nudge and shove, can be changed, for a price of course.
Quirk: Blood crystallization/telekinesis- she uses blood to make weapons of her own, mostly her own since it's easier to control and manage. But if she sees someone else bleeding on the battle field, she can either take their whole body and bend it to her will, or drain them dry- or you know if it's an ally, she can just borrow a little.
Drawback: As it turns out, losing blood is not good for your body. Plus if she takes control of a persons body, or drains then, that's pretty exhausting.
