Quirk descriptions: (Solar Flames): She can uses any light form, (Mainly the sun) to draw energy from and she can store it in her body, or she blast boiling hot flames from her hands. If she stores it up for a while it can melt through metals. (Fire manipulation): She was shape fire into anything she wants, like armour or weapons.
Quirk Downside (Like it can only be for two hours before your arm cramps up): If she stores it for too long she will burn her clothes, she will sweat a lot, and she can get third degree burns if she stores it for 24 hours. (Same thing for fire manipulation)

Back story: At the age of 7 she watched her sister become isolated and they couldn't play anymore, she suffered because she loved her sister more than anything. A couple years later when  she was only 9 she went to go check up on Vivian but she was gone, she left a note but she wasn't coming back. Tara cried and cried, she hated her parents for driving Vivian away... A couple years later Tara was walking to school when a shady figure pulled her into an alley. She freaked out and had a fire ball in her hands. The figure pulled down their hood and it was Vivian! Tara made her fire ball go away and she cried and hugged her.
