"Shut up!" I yelled, embarrassed.

"It's really not that hard, watch." He turned on the stove, and put a bit of butter on the pan.

He scrambled his eggs in a measuring cup, put salt, pepper, and another spice in and added a dash of milk.

He moved the butter around on the pan and then poured the eggs onto the pan.

After a minute, he put the cheese on.

And another minute later, he folded it up and put it on a plate.

"And bam. Omelette." He shoved a fork into it and handed it to me.

"What?" I asked.

"Try it." He said.

I cut off a piece and blew on it before putting it in my mouth.

I chewed a bit and gasped.

"This is the best fucking egg I've ever tasted." I said.

"Really?" He asked.

I nodded furiously.

"You're like Gordon Ramsay in the kitchen. Teach me your ways." I bowed.

BEN then walked in.

"Am I interrupting something?" He smirked pervertedly.

"Yes, my cooking lessons. Now leave, you Pizza-Hut-addicted peasant." Jeff looked him dead in the eyes.

"Bro, stop calling me out on everything. Y'know what, I don't need this negativity in my life." BEN flipped us off and left the kitchen.

I then remembered something about myself-

my birthday.

It's literally tomorrow.

What the fuck.

How could I forget my own fucking birthday?

"Jeff..?" I mumbled.

"What?" He asked.

"My birthday...it's tomorrow." I said.

"..." Jeff went quiet for a second.

"How... how the fuck did you just now realize? Normally people remember their fucking birthday!!" He pinched the bridge of his nose.

"Shut up, I just don't pay attention! Especially with all thats been going on lately." I said.

"Whatever." He put his plate in the sink and ruffled my hair.

I scrunched my nose up, as I do every time.

"(Y/N), w-wanna pl-ay a board-d game?" Toby asked.

"Absolutely. Wanna join, Jeff?" I asked.

Honestly, I just wanna squash him like a bug again.

That's the only reason I invited him.

I snickered to myself quietly and walked up to Toby's room.

Toby pulled 'Sorry!' out of his stash of board games and set up all the pieces.

"I wanna be blue!" I said.

"I'll take red." Jeff offered.

"G-great, I lo-ve green." Toby smiled.

"No one ever picks yellow unless that's all that's left." I mumbled.

"That's cause everyone hates yellow." Jeff pointed out.

"T-true, it's the co-color of pi-ss." Toby laughed.
