relatable, or just me..?

Have any of you guys ever felt like you were bothering someone unintentionally? Or like...being a little annoying?

Because I get this feeling a lot of the time that I'm annoying or bothering a person when I talk to them or comment/vote on their stuff.
I don't want to just pop up in their notifs and they get tired of seeing me support their work- sometimes I stop to think about if I should say something on a chapter because I don't want to be a vexation.
But at the same time I really want to tell them how much I liked their work.

Is it just me, or can some people relate to that?

Because lately I've been feeling that way a lot, so I wanted to know if that was a common thing.
