"Just because I'm human doesn't mean you can shut me out" Lori screamed. Optimus felt anger through the spark bond. But guilt washed over him.

"Lori I-"

"Don't. You've been ignoring me for the past 2 weeks." Tears threatened to fall. Lori starred at her Sparkmate. she huffed and spun on her heel and stormed off. Walking away from the Prime. Ironhide and Jazz (I love him he's alive) quickly moved out of her way. Started whispering about her and what happened. She walked passed the soldiers and out the hanger door. Out into the rain.

She walked towards the city getting soaked along the way. Footsteps followed behind you quickly.

"Lori? What are you doing it's pouring out. Get inside." Lennox said

She sighed

"No...just give me a minute"

"You and Optimus?" He questioned

"How did you know?"

"Trust me kid. I can tell. The way he is handling it. The way your...well away from him." He said.

She placed her hood over her head. Lennox places his hand on her back. Leading her towards an overhang where it's not pouring.

She sighed and sat down. Placing her hands over her face

"What do I do?" She asked suddenly

Lennox stood beside her. Looking down at here.

"Apologize for yelling, that's one thing. Affection. When me and Sarah fight, that always wins."

"Fine. Just I need a minute" she said

He sighed and walked back towards the hanger.

Affection?

Lori sat up and adjusted her sweatshirt. She looked towards the sky and then back towards the hanger where the Autobots were. She walked back quickly. Hopefully avoid the gazing eyes set on her. She took of her hood and looked around the room while still walking. looking for her Sparkmate

Not realizing where she was going. She ran right into Sideswipe's pede. She back up and looked at him

"Sorry"

"It's fine lil' lady."

"Do you know where Optimus is?"

"Sorry, he just left. All he said was he needed to be alone."

"Thanks"

Lori grunted and walked towards his quarters. Passing even more soldiers and the Arcee Triplets. They all looked at her and smiled. Lori smiled back softly and continued walking.

Reaching his quarters, she opened the door and walked in. Heading towards his berth, waiting for him there.

I need to apologize to her. This is my fault.

Optimus was deep in thought as he rode around the city. Trying to clear his mind.

::Hey boss bot:: Sideswipe said through the comms

"What is it Sideswipe?"

::Ya Sparkmate's lookin' for ya::

"I'm on my way"

The comm went static and Optimus turned around, heading back to N.E.S.T.

Lori waited for Optimus in his berth. Dangling her legs off the side. Laying flat on her back.

Optimus walked softly towards his berthroom and opened his door quietly.

Lori immediately sat up. She looked at him and through their bond, sorrow and forgiveness flowed through.

"Lori." His monotone voice said softly

"I am deeply sorry for 'shutting you out' and I did not mean to harm you," he apologized

"It's okay. I'm sorry for yelling at you" Lori said

Optimus smiled a bit. He walked over towards his berth and placed his hand down. Lori jumped on and he placed his hand near his face plates.

"I did not harm you. Did I?" He asked

"No, Optimus. You didn't." Lori reassured

Lori stood on her top toes and leaned forwards. Planting a kiss on his cheek. Optimus smiled and gently placed one in her head. She laughed softly

"I love you"

"I love you too"
