~Nicholas~

*5 hours later*

It was about 5 going on 6 when I received a call from a detective saying that I needed to get down to the hospital because Chanel was in a bad car accident. I jumped up so fast my heart was beating faster than normal I could feel the tears forming in my eyes.

On the ride to the hospital I begged god over and over again not to take her or the baby away from us.

*15 minutes later*

I ran up to the information desk.

Excuse me I'm looking for Chanel Johnson I'm her husband. Can you tell me where she's at?

"One second please while I look" she said...

"Thank you" I said as I felt my body getting numb...

They placed her in the ICU.

Is she okay? What about the baby? Is he okay?

"A doctor will be out to speak with you in a minute" she said...

All I could do is pace back and fourth.

"Hey Mr. Johnson? I'm Doctor Perez" he said...

Is Chanel and the baby okay? 

The baby he's in the NICU right now getting a few tests ran he's lucky to have survived the impact. Chanel had a bad brain injury during the crash causing her brain to swell up which caused her to fall into a coma.

I just fell to my knees and felt the tears fall down from my face it feels like a nightmare.

Mr. Johnson I know is hard for you. Can I call anyone for you?

Her family is probably worried about her.

"I can call them so that they can be here with you during this tough time" he said...

Do you think she'll wake up?

I can't sit here and promise you that she will because God has the last say so.

When I got the call Chanel was in a really bad accident my heart stopped. My family means everything to me and that's my baby sister. God I'm begging you please don't take her away it'll crush me into pieces.

I ran downstairs and grabbed my car keys off the kitchen counter.

"Ma what's wrong?" I heard Davion say but everything was a blur...

"Aunt Chanel was hurt" I said crying hysterically...

Just take a deep breath I'll drive you to the hospital because I don't need you getting into an accident" he said...

*Next day*

I haven't left my sisters side since I got that call seeing her hooked up to all these machines breaks my heart.

"Noah's here" my brother said to me knocking me from my thoughts...

I don't think he should see her like this Nell.

I peaked out of the room seeing my mom, dad and Noah heading in this direction.

"Hey Noah" I said calmly...

"Hey auntie Stelle" he said hugging me tight...

Let's go for a walk.

"You won't believe what nana told me" he said sounding excited...

What?

"She said mommy had my baby brother. When can I see him and hold him?" He asked causing me to tear up...

Soon doctors had to make sure he's fine.

Where's my mommy?

Noah your Mommy was in a really bad car accident yesterday.

"Is she okay?" He asked with a concerned look on his face...

The nurses are making sure she will be.

Well can I see her?

Yes, but she can't talk.

Why?

Do you know what a coma is?

No.

Trying to explain to my nephew what happened is hard because he's not a little kid.

*2 months later*

~Chanel~

Hey mama.

"Chanel what are you doing here?" My grandma asked looking all confused...

Mama I came to see you and papa.

"You're not suppose to be here" she said...

"But I miss you guys" I said...

We miss you too, but Chanel it's not your time God needed us and they need you.

Mama what am I suppose to do without y'all?

Live for us until it's your time you have a whole life to live sweet pea.

"I will always love you" she said...

"I love you too mama" I said before it became dark...

"Mommy all I want for my birthday is for you to wake up. I promise I won't ever leave your side if you just wake up" I heard Noah say...

"No.....ah" I said trying to catch my breath....

Daddy mommy she's awake.

"Where am I?" I asked all confused...

"Hey! How are you feeling Chanel?" A Man In a white lab coat asked...

I'm in a lot of pain.

I'll give you some medicine that'll help with the pain.

"Look who's awake it's mommy" Nic said...

Aww he's so cute. Who had a baby?

"Two months ago" he said...
