"i think you should just go to HEART PLANET and talk to her," you told DREAMPANDA. "then maybe after you guys get to know each other you can ask her out on a cute date."
"that sounds terrifying," DREAMPANDA whined, holding his paws over his face. "what if she thinks i'm boring? or too ugly?"
"you're not ugly DREAMPANDA! you're so cute and handsome and--hey, wait a minute! that was a trick wasn't it?" you exclaimed, flicking DREAMPANDA as he laughed mischievously.
"i just wanted to hear you say it," DREAMPANDA said smugly, dodging another one of your flicks.
"well... i did mean it, y'know? you're really adorable, and kind, and sweet, and she's gonna love you, i promise."
DREAMPANDA suddenly broke into tears, running at you and engulfing you in a huge hug. "t-that's the nicest thing you've ever said to me," he sobbed into your shoulder.
"alright, i think that's enough sappiness for one day," you grumbled, trying and failing to extract yourself from DREAMPANDA's iron grip. "now let's start packing, okay? you don't want to forget anything!"
