FORT BENNING WAS THE PLAN FOR THE ATALANTA GROUP. It was the only plan honestly, the only plan that could grant them a safe haven and the essentials the human body needs. Shane made that quite clear when they ended up stopping after the building blew up and killed someone in their group.

Ella sat with her feet on the dashboard, rocking out to Radiohead after her father put the CD disc in the CD player. It was all of her favorites too, which made the ride to Fort Benning made more entertaining.

In front of them, the RV started to slow down. Ella stopped singing the song and turned her attention outside. She found there were tons of cars parked on the highway, blocking them from passing the road.

"Do you think there's a traffic jam?" Ella asked as they passed a few cars. She watched as Daryl drove over to the RV.

Shane nodded. "Seems like it."

"Like the one on Atlanta." Ella mumbled, crossing her arms over her chest in irritation.

Shane released a light laugh.

Suddenly, smoke billowed from the hood of the RV. Dale rolled the RV to a stop, which caused Shane to stop his car. Ella sighed and moved her feet off the dashboard.

"I'm gonna go see what's happening." Shane announced.

"Have fun." she frowned.

He nodded.

Ella turned the radio off. She silently watched Daryl pull the back of the vehicle open. She pushed the car door open and climbed out, her hands on her hips.

"I can siphon more fuel from these cars for a start!" T-Dog hollered to everyone. He walked over to a car with the tool he needed to siphon fuel.

Ella walked over to the group. She waved at Glenn who actually waved back without blushing or glowing a bright red.

"This is a graveyard," Lori bluntly said. She looked at Rick. "I don't know how I feel about this."

Ella tightened her lips, giving Lori a look that made Lori avert her eyes from everyone. That was so stupid to say, she thought to herself, which was what everyone else thought. A little too far, Lori.

T-Dog walked past everyone, mumbling something to himself as her picked up a can with a hose attached to it. Ella watched as he walked back to the same car he was already looking at.

"Okay, y'all just look around, gather what you can!" Shane instructed everyone.

With that, everyone dispersed.

Ella stayed with Glenn and Dale to help them fix the RV's radiator once again. She held a toolbox while Glenn rifled through it to find the screwdriver they needed.

The sun beated down on them heavily, it really made Ella sweat a little. She pinched her shirt and ruffled it to get a breeze moving through her shirt so she could cool down from the heat.
