Chapter 8

Melanie's POV

I got out the tub, dried off and lotioned up. I put on a robe making my into my closet. What to wear, what to wear.

I wanna look elegant, but not too elegant, sexy, but not sexy. I also need some I can actually sit down in for more than an hour, and I can actually breath in.

I shift through my dressed, until I found one that caught my eye. I look through my my shoes and found the perfect match. I lay my dress on my bed as I pulled out a lace thong.

I'm putting it on for me, not him. I just feel if I'm going out, all aspects of my clothing dressy, be it my under clothes or the actual outfit.

I slip into my dress, and then sit at my vanity and began doing my hair and makeup.

I finish with all that, and slip on my heels. I stand in front of my full body mirror to take in my look.

Hmm not bad Melanie, not bad at all. I make my way downstairs seeing that it was really close to 7.

Just as I hit the bottom step, my phone began ringing, it was him. "Hello," I said as hit answer.

"I'm at the door beautiful."

Ok here I come," I said hanging up. I take a deep breath walking to the door. "Here goes nothing," I mumbled opening the door.

There he stood looking like the handsome chocolate king he knew he was. His eyes swept across my body as he rubbed his hands together biting his lip. "Man let's just forget dinner, and go back to my place."

I look at him with a raised eyebrow. He chuckles straightening up, "Because I don't want to share this vision of beautiful with no one else."

I giggle shaking my head," Yeah slick, nice save."
