In the backseat of Tobias's car, Mimi stared at the man across from her with crossed arms and a tilted head. Tobias sat across from her, his dark, mild eyes placidly gazing out the car window.

The way he was currently behaving made it hard for her to understand his thoughts. She didn't know what he was thinking.

Was he not going to question her? Was he even the least bit curious as to what she was planning?

The more she tried figuring out the dull man's thoughts, the more she felt her genius mind going insane.

"Are you coming along with me?"

Tobias didn't move his gaze away from the window and made a sound of acknowledgment. The corner of her lips twitched at his muted response.

Beating around the bush never worked with him...

"Why?" She tilted her head.

Even though she never liked asking questions, as it was a troublesome thing to do, she couldn't help but ask him this.

From her question, Tobias shifted his head away from the window and looked at her silently. His expression remained calm.

Without the slightest shame or hesitation, he said: "Because it's easier to watch you."

Mimi blinked and widened her eyes. She looked back into his black, vacant eyes and searched for...well anything. In the end, all she could see was the man's usual poker expression. Mimi helplessly sighed and leaned back into her seat.

"I guess I couldn't expect any less from the cold, emotionless boss," Mimi muttered and propped her chin on her palm.

While Mimi was immersed in her thoughts, Tobias, who overheard her mutters, unconsciously softened his ice-cold expression.

The car continued to follow Senior Su for twenty minutes before they stopped at a public area - the mall to be exact. Mimi raised an eyebrow and watched the woman enter the building.

"Oh, this is unexpected. Is she going shopping?" Mimi stepped out of the car with Tobias behind her.

Shifting her gaze behind her, Mimi smiles up at the tall man. "Shall we go and play now?"

Tobias looked down at her and quietly hummed. Mimi giggled and strode forward to follow Senior Su – Tobias walked behind her quietly. Entering the mall, Mimi's eyes couldn't help but brighten.

It was so big!

Mimi's eyes were sparkling as if she had entered a mystical realm. Tobias observed her glittered expression from the side and raised an eyebrow.

"Is this your first time at a mall?"

Breaking from her trance, Mimi looked up at Tobias and nodded her head.

"Mhm! I never thought they'd be so big and have so many stores! They have everything here!"

A shadow passed over Tobias's eyes. Extending his hand out, he softly caresses her head.

Tobias was peaceful as he replied, "Whenever you want, we can come here again."

With an astonished and joyful look, Mimi giggled softly. "Hehe, you spoil me, Toby."

There was a faint smile in Tobias's eyes, and he removed his hand from her head. "Let's go."

"Yes!" Mimi laughed and hopped behind the man.

The two followed Senior Su from a distance. So far, she had stopped into two stores, all of which were men's and looked at the items before leaving.

After walking through the mall and admiring the variety of stores, Mimi began to notice the countless stares on them.

Wherever they walked people's eyes would follow them, unable to hold back the urge to gawk at them with astonished and horrified gazes.

Seeing an adult man and teenager in the store was normal, however, the pair before them was no ordinary set.

The man was dressed in a long, black trench coat but gave view to the hidden and sculpted figure beneath his clothes. His face was well defined with his tall nose, silk black hair, and light tan skin. The pair of eyes looking ahead were black and empty, cold as an iceberg.

The men and woman glimpsing at him pass by held their breaths, their hearts unconsciously racing in his godly presence.

Meanwhile, beside him was the opposite sight...

A young girl, no older than sixteen walked beside him and exuded a dark, heavy air; her small figure covered in black spiky leather. The girl's face was caked with intense makeup and dark eyeshadow making her purple pupils shine more – leading to a frightful and terrifying effect.

It was scary, although both looked completely different, they matched perfectly!

Sensing their intense stares, Mimi frowned. She was used to being stared at, especially with her bizarre appearance. However, considering the situation and their need to stay low-key, Mimi found their gazes troublesome.

Mimi swept her gaze around the area and her eyes suddenly lit up.

"Toby, over here for a second!" She grasped his large hand and pulled him toward her destination.

Standing casually in the store, one hand in his pocket, Tobias looked at the girl search through the wrack of clothes. While she was busy, he ordered his men to keep watch on Senior Su and inform them of her location.

A minute later, Mimi came rushing toward him and shoved a bunch of items in his hands.

"Try these on and tell me if they fit."

Tobias only looked at her with amusement before nodding his head to enter a room. Five minutes later, Tobias came out wearing an olive green solid denim jacket with a white T-shirt underneath and dark blue jeans.

The people in the store stopped and stared at Tobias in awe. A faint blush could be seen on the women's face while the men stared in envy and admiration.

Meanwhile, Mimi stared at Tobias with a complicated gaze, her brows knitted tightly together.

She glanced at him and said, "Toby, we have a problem."

Before Tobias could ask what was wrong, she had already walked up to him and stroked his arms.

"You have too much muscle! Look at this, it's two times the size of my fist!" Mimi compared her fist with the man's arm.

Tobias raised an eyebrow and released a deep chuckle. "I'm sorry."

Her mouth twitched. She looked up into his god-like structured face and continued, "You're also too good-looking! Even with such shabby clothing, you stand out too much!"

"Mm, I'm sorry."

"Aiya, this won't do. I have to find something else." Mimi murmured to herself and wandered back to the clothing.

The corner of Tobias's lips arched up faintly. He watched Mimi's serious expression as she went about her task. His expression remained cool and indifferent but within a warmth welled up deep inside his heart.

He secretly reminded himself to go to the mall with her more often.
