As soon as you arrived at Abbey Road, you left Brian with all the kids and made a beeline for the front desk.

Sandra, the secretary smiled when she saw you.

"Hey y/n!" She greeted.

"Hey Sandra. Look, bit of an odd question, a package was dropped off for the boys yesterday. Do you know who sent it?"

She thought it over for a second, then started looking for something on the desk.

"Ah! I was hoping someone would come asking. There was an envelope attached to the box, but it fell off. I tried to contact someone, anyone- but Mr. Epstein and the boys have been unreachable since yesterday."

Your eyes lit up. A letter! Maybe that would solve your problems.

"Take it and show the boys." Sandra said, and handed it to you.

"Thank you!" You exclaimed, and ran back to the room Brian and the boys were.

"I think we have our answer." You announced, holding up the envelope.

"Oh?" Brian asked. You quickly relayed the story from Sandra.

"Open it, y/n! What are you waiting for!" Brian exclaimed.

You turned to see what the boys were doing, and saw that they were all laying on the floor watching a ladybug crawl around on the carpet.

8th February, 1964

Paul,
I know what you did, there's no use hiding it. You broke my sister Elaina's heart. Just because you're a famous musician, it doesn't give you a free pass to be an arse to women. You offer nothing to women or the world in general. Hopefully these cookies will give you a fraction of the upset you caused my sister.

-Helen

After you read the letter, you passed it to Brian. You watched his facial expressions as he read the letter.

"This is all because of a GIRL?" He groaned, facepalming. "We should have known, y/n. Now how are we supposed to find this Helen girl, or her sister Elaina?"

"I think another question we should be asking is, what the hell did she put in those cookies?" You added, trying not to laugh

"Don't be smart, y/n." Brian responded, clearly annoyed.

"I wonder if Paul would know? Like if we asked him if he knew an Elaina. I'm not sure what toddler Paul knows or doesn't know." You suggested.

"Couldn't hurt." Brian said.

"Oi! Paulie! Can you answer a question for me, love?" You called.

Paul got up from where the boys were laying and toddled over.

"Yes?"

You thought about how to put this in toddler terms.

"Remember when you were big?" You asked.

Paul nodded.

"Did you know a girl named Elaina?" You continued.

Paul nodded again. "She.." He started.

"Yes?!" You and Brian exclaimed in unison.

"Worked at a café down the street." He said, then toddled back over to the boys.

"This is hopeless!" Brian groaned. "There's countless cafés nearby! It'll take forever to find her."

You smiled. One thing you had learned from the past couple months is the boys' favorite spots. Many a time you'd gone to get them something from a store or a café.

Before they were really big, Paul would accompany you to one certain café. But as the Beatles got bigger, he stopped.

"I know the café! It's called The Busy Bean!"

"It's called the what?" Brian asked, his face in a grin.

"You wait here with the boys, I'll go. There was this one waitress Paul was enamored with. It all makes sense now!" You exclaimed.

You grabbed your coat and quickly ran out of the studio.
