Khelani's POV "Now take your ass upstairs" my mom said
I nodded walking upstairs angry
Every since my dad died my mom has been acting out bringing in different men beating me and saying hurtful shit to me like I didn't lose my dad
Anyways I'm Khelani I live in East Harlem I don't have any friends I'm 16 the only child I don't cry stopped crying 2 years ago I have alot of anger built up from that btw and I don't talk a lot
I went into my room and got me a hoodie and went back downstairs to see my mom with another man
"Mom I'm going to the store" I said leaving out
I walked down the store and was getting looked at by many grown men I never understood how men could look at young girls
I was in the store grabbing some snacks and went up to pay
I paid and left the store going home to see my mom passed out on the couch when I got in my room I almost passed out
The man she was downstairs with was laying on my bed naked
"Sir what are you doing" I asked him
"What it look like" he said
"You laying on my bed naked" I said laughing

"My momma oh yeah she downstairs" I said
He started unbuckling my pants and I started to kick him off but he wouldn't move so I started to scream

I just sat there taking it while anger took over my face this nigga was gone pay for sure
When he finished he walked out and when I heard the door I jumped up and packed a bag and ran downstairs and out the front door __________________________
