I saw the light
It was shining in your eyes.
I saw the tears
Falling down your face.
I saw the anger
Your fists clenched in rage.
I saw the light.
It left your eyes.
The light was replaced
with a dull and lifeless version of you
Whatever happened to the person you were.
Whatever happened to the real you?
