After Captain George Stacy arrested Riva, Peter explained to him that Quentin Beck was alive and at the old abandoned Acme Warehouse. Peter then got home and put on his Spider-Man suit. Jen was discharged from the hospital and Matt went home to put on his Daredevil suit. Jen decided to wear nothing but a large one-piece white and purple bikini, and they met at the old abandoned Acme Warehouse. Spider-Man looked at Daredevil and said, "wait Matt, you're that Devil of Hell's Kitchen I've heard so much about in the papers?"
"Yeah basically," confirmed Daredevil, "it's been an on and off type of thing. You can call me Daredevil." Spider-Man chuckled and joked, "couple of defenders we are. If any of you want to back out now, I won't blame you." Jen cracked her knuckles and asked, "who says we're backing out now? I'm ready to put this jerk in his place, how about you?" Daredevil got out his escirma sticks and nodded. "Couple things you gotta know about Mysterio," warned Spider-Man, "his holograms are advanced and state-of-the-art. They're ultra-realistic and can fool anyone. Whatever you think you're going to see in there, it might not be 100% real. If you see anything attacking you, it's probably his drones letting out these holograms, so be careful and destroy them." Daredevil smirked and joked, "well I can't see jackshit, but I have a radar like awareness, so I think my abilities will give me an advantage over Mysterio's holograms." She-Hulk nodded and said, "don't worry Spidey, we ain't going to let Mysterio harm you again."
"Alright then, let's roll!" Spider-Man said, and the three of them went into the abandoned warehouse. It was dark, foggy, and misty. Spider-Man looked around and shouted, "alright Beck! We know you're here! No more games! This ends now!" On the intercoms, Mysterio replied, "oh I agree. This ends now. For you and your super friends!!!" Suddenly, a hologram of the burglar that killed Ben Parker appeared with a gun. Right when he pulled the trigger, Spider-Man jumped out of the way. She-Hulk punched at the burglar with all her strength, revealing it to be a destroyed drone. "You can't fool us with your tricks Mysterio! Come quietly, or there will be trouble!" Daredevil warned. "You're such a goody two-shoes, Daredevil. The three of you should've left well enough alone!" Mysterio hissed, "you've ruined my reputation! And if I have to die a second time, the three of you are going with me!" Daredevil heard the sound of a drone ready to attack him, and he threw his escirma stick at it, destroying the drone. Spider-Man used his webbing to throw another drone into a wall destroying it, and angrily yelled, "fight us yourself, you cowardly snake!"
"A snake am I?" Mysterio laughed, "was that another movie reference, Parker? I'm not Jafar, Prince A-Boo-Boo!" Spider-Man, Daredevil, and She-Hulk then ran towards wherever Mysterio was, destroying whatever drones tried to kill them with their powers. Daredevil used his escirma sticks, She-Hulk smashed with her brute strength, and Spider-Man used his webbing and spider strength. Daredevil then heard another noise, and warned, "Spider-Man! Behind you!" Spider-Man turned around and grabbed Beck's hand, destroying his gun. He then tackled Quentin to the back, bitchslapping him with all his strength. "It's payback time Beck!" Spider-Man growled, his slaps resorting to punches. He was furious. Quentin Beck shifted all the blame onto Peter, blaming him for the attack on London, accusing him of murdering him, and then exposing his secret identity, risking the lives of his friends and family, and he orchestrated his assassination, almost killing Jennifer! To say that Peter was mad was an understatement. He was furious! Spider-Man continued to angrily punch him, and he was ready to punch the bloody and bruised Quentin one more time. "Do it..." Quentin taunted, smiling with a few missing teeth. She-Hulk intervened, saying, "Peter stop! Don't do this!"
"What's the matter Parker? You letting this woman boss you around? You chicken?" taunted Beck. She-Hulk glared at Beck, then reasoned, "don't kill him Peter. You're better than this. If you do this, you'll only be proving Quentin right, and you'll be no better than him. He'll get what he deserves, I promise." Daredevil nodded and said, "She's right Peter. Beck will face justice. Besides, now that everyone knows who you are, every criminal will know Mysterio got his ass handed to him by a teenager. He'll be the laughingstock of the criminal underworld. If there's anything that's better than killing him, it's letting him live with this humiliation for the rest of his life." Spider-Man looked at Beck, and then picked him up. "You're right Daredevil," said Spider-Man, "thank you both for intervening. If there's one thing I'm learning, it's that with great power comes great responsibility." She-Hulk patted him and said, "Tony would be proud of how responsible you are. I know I am. Just don't scare me like that ever again." The three heroes then dragged Beck out of the abandoned warehouse, the NYPD and Captain George Stacy waiting. Stacy cuffed Beck and stated, "you're under arrest for the attacks on Europe, and for wrongfully accusing Peter Parker of murdering you and the attack on London. You have the right to remain silent, anything you say or do will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, an attorney will be provided for you. If you decide to answer questions now without an attorney present, you will still have the right to stop answering at any time until you talk to an attorney. Knowing and understanding your rights as I have explained them to you, are you willing to answer any questions without your attorney?" Quentin glared at Spider-Man, Daredevil, and She-Hulk, knowing he'd been defeated.
