Ch. 5

- Isadora's POV -

He kissed my forehead and left for the front desk. Sitting here by myself, I see two men walk through the front door. When they spotted me, I put my head down, hoping they would leave me alone. They looked like the trouble causing type. They whistled and walked towards me. Panic began to set it. I know I act tough sometimes but I can't fight off one of these guys, let alone both.

"Look what we have here Johnny boy!" The one with dark brown hair and green eyes hollered.

"Mmm... damn she's fine." I assume the one named Johnny spoke.

"Dont be shy baby girl, my name's Case and this is my brother Johnny. What's your name?" Case asked as he stepped closer.

"Her name is Isadora and I suggest you back away from her before I break your fucking jaw." Rafael said walking around the corner. Case and Johnny turned around and smiled. I was super confused when Rafael smiled back and hugged them.

"How you been Raf?" Johnny asked patting him hard on the back.

"Its been a long time brother." Case interjected and took his turn to hug Rafael. They know each other?

"I'm good man." Rafael smiled.

"How's pops?" Johnny asked. Rafael's demeanor changed instantly. He shook his head and the guys sighed.

"Don't sweat it bro. Pops is a fighter. If he can make it through Gabriella and her temper tantrums  he can definitely make it through this." Case said making Rafael chuckle.

"So, who is this?" Johnny turned to me and smiled, although this time I didn't feel so uncomfortable.

"Kitten, these two fuckheads are my childhood friends. Guys, this is Isadora, my date." Rafael winked at me. Johnny turned to Case and grinned.

"Did you hear that Case?"

"I believe I did Johnny boy."

"Our baby boy is all grown up and on his very first date." Johnny fanned himself and wiped a fake tear from his cheek.

"I'm so proud of you son." Case said patting Rafael on the arm. They snicker back and forth until Rafael growls and they stop.

"No me hagas hacerte daño." (Don't make me hurt you) Rafael glared at them.

"Are your brothers in town?" Johnny asked.

"The whole family is." Rafael said while nodding.

"We've come back for active duty boss." Case grinned.

"Yeah, we finished shit with our dad so we're back to join our crazy Montez boys." Johnny added.

"Good to hear. Go by the house, mom, dad and Mirella should be there." Rafael smiled turning back to me.

"You not coming?" Johnny whined.

"If you're asking me to ditch my date to hang out with you two... not gonna happen." Rafael shook his head. Why do I feel guilty? Why do I feel the need to tell him, it's fine. Go hang out with your friends, we can always reschedule. Don't get me wrong, I wanted our date to continue, but ai didn't think he needed to give up having fun for me.

"Then don't ditch her. Bring her with you." Case wiggled his eyebrows at Rafael. Whoa what? To his house!? Meeting his family!? On the first fucking date!?

"Mirella would go nuts to have another girl to hang out with besides your mom." Johnny chuckled. Rafael looked at me for a good long moment.

"Dont worry about me. We can always reschedule. Go have fun, just give me a ride home first please." I said giving him my best I-promise-it's-okay look. He didn't respond. He just stood there looking at me. "Rafael?"

- Rafael's POV -

I love how she says my name. A hint of an accent.... just enough to make it sound sexy when she rolls the 'R' in my name. Mom and dad would flip if I brought her home. I've never brought home a girl before. I didnt think any girl was worthy enough to meet my family.... until my kitten.

"Rafael!" She shouted, jolting me out of my thoughts.

"Get in the car." I said. She raised her eyebrows at me. Shocked at my sudden outburst.

"Are you taking me home?"

"No." I smirked. She rolled her eyes and shook her head. I walked up close to her and she went stiff. I grabbed her waist and yanked her close, earning a squeak from her. I could tell she was holding her breath. "What have I told you about rolling your eyes at me?" I asked. Her face went red and her eyes fell to the floor. "Answer me kitten." I grabbed her chin and made her look at me. "What did I say?" I asked again with more authority.

"That it's rude to roll my eyes."

"And what did I say I would do if I caught you doing it again?" Still holding her chin, I could feel her fight to look away as she blushed even more. "If you make me ask a second time, I will not hesitate to bend you over my knee right here, right now." Her eyes got wide. I love how I make her squirm.

"...youwouldpunishme..." she mumbled under her breath. I reached around and popped her on her ass. She gasped.

"Louder." I said pulling my hand back ready to give her another one if she refused. She huffed.

"You would punish me."

"And I will, but not tonight. Now please get in the car kitten."

"Drop me off at home." She said folding her arms and puffing out her chest.

"I will throw you over my shoulder."

"You wouldn't dare." She glared at me. Oh but I would my kitten. I most certainly would. I smiled and before she had the chance to say anything, I tossed her over my shoulder. She screams and starts hitting my back with her little fists.

"Put me down Rafael or so help me God I will never speak to you again!"

"Don't threaten me kitten." I popped her on her ass once more and smiled when she whined. I turned to Case and Johnny, both sporting a confused look on their faces. "See you at the house." They both nod.

When we get to the car I place her in the passanger seat and buckle her in. She's pouting... how adorable. When I grabbed her hand, she tried to pull away but I held onto her tight.

"I told you.... tonight you are mine and I'm going to to show you how much you mean to me. I want you to meet my family." I said rubbing circles with my thumb on the back of her hand. She stopped struggling and sat there.

"How many girls of yours have they met before? What makes you think they'll like me? What makes you think they won't see me as one of your flings?" She asked adjusting herself to face me in the seat. I smiled.

"One, I have never brought home a girl before. Two, they have never met any of my flings because I won't disrespect my family like that and three, I don't have flings anymore. I have you." She stared at me for a moment, then gripped my hand and nodded.
