" Good Evening Leilani" Ms.Donna ,my Supervisor, said
"Hey ... how's everything going" I said going in the break room clocking in
"Girl your kids is off the wall clowning that new teacher" she said
"Really .. thanks for telling me I'll talk to them tomorrow before anyone leaves" I said walking down the hall to my class room.
It's been 3 months since everything happened and let's just say my life is already getting better. I've moved out my parents house and found a nice spacious 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath 2 level house in Greenfield. I've been staying there for 2 months now and only had one panic attack but it's all good now cause I'm use to my house. I thought I had seen Tyler so I started to panic locking myself in the bathroom calling my dad I told What was going on and he calmed me down on the phone and told me Tyler and jigs was dead. That put my mind at ease knowing he wasn't out there no more looking for me.
Only my close friends know where I live and I like it that way, I told them i didn't want seam to find out where I live cause he would pop up anytime picking my locks trying to seduce me like at my parents house which is why I moved out. My mom said I was overreacting but I know him and if I know him like I remember he will get what he wants by any means.
"Ms. G" the kids said watching me come through the door I didn't say anything to them walking to my personal cabinet putting my belongings up.
Ive been working at one of my mom daycares A Dream Come True LLC since I moved out to help pay my bills, it's a 24 hours daycare. My dad volunteered to pay my bills so I wouldn't have to work but I wanted to do something on my own plus I love working with kids that's what I'm most passionate about.
I come in at 4 when I have school and don't get off until 11, but on the weekend i work 8-8. My main class is the 2-3 year old class but after 8 we all come together in my class since it's slightly bigger then the others and have two ways out Incase of an emergency.
"Hello I'm Leilani" I said smiling at the dark skinned lady who was packing up her stuff she smiled back and speed walked out my class damn they was that bad 🤦🏾♀️
"So ... y'all was being bad to the new teacher" I said turning around going to the carpet as they followed behind me sitting down.
" Mmcht no who told you that ?" Riley said sitting next to me she's a true character
"Was it Donna? they always lying on us" Jayden said
"You better put a miss on it!" I said giving him that look
"Sorry mommy" he said getting up sitting in my lap
"Don't leave us hanging" Riley said walking up to me laying on me making everyone come lay on me I swear all it takes is for that one person the get the green light on hugging me or being up under me and then everyone comes lay under me. My kids are so clingy to me I love it.
" I love y'all but y'all know y'all in trouble right? And I come early tomorrow so y'all really about to get it"
"Me not that was Jayden, Kayden and Mia" Kerry said
"What did I say about that word me? It's I'm not right? Please use it" I said I'm trying to break her out of saying me and use I or I'm but she just stuck on me.
" Lei Kerry Father is here" I heard Ms.Donna say on the phone ( y'all know them phones that be in the classrooms at school and the office can announce something just to your class)
