"How did you do that?"
"Uh, magic?"
"What?"
-
"How can you see him?"
"Uh magic?"
"Seriously?"
[in where Jaemin can grow flowers out of thin air and Jeno has the ability to see ghosts in the hour of the person's birthday]

Jeno wasn't entirely sure where his feet were leading him, but he continued to speed walk to some place.
The scenery was still familiar, and soon the view of the park sign came into his sight and he decided it would be a good place to escape to. Hopefully he could rest his mind and think things through.
The air was getting cooler outside as the sun was slowly making its way to the horizon. There were no longer children running around and people taking dogs on walks; the park was close to empty.
There was a bench that sat all by itself, overlooking the view that the sunset was starting to create. It was very serene but Jeno didn't pay attention.
He moped as he sat himself on the bench, looking down at his hands as he thought for a moment.
Was he being too dramatic? Why couldn't he just tell Jaemin and get it over with. Why couldn't he just accept that the younger could have opinions weather it be good or bad?
Why does he care this much if Jaemin becomes creeped out?
Jeno slapped the sides of his head with both his hands, whispering a curse under his breath for feeling so stupid.
"That's not a very nice word to say," a voice said that came from in front of Jeno, scaring the absolute shit out of him.
"I-I'm so-" but he cut himself off when his dark eyes met hazel eyes that stared him down. "Jaemin?"
"The one and only," the younger said with a toothy smile, plopping himself down on the bench next to the upset boy.
They sat in silence for a couple seconds, reminding them both of when they first met and how Jaemin waited for Jeno on the bench. Come to think of it, Jaemin never asked the older who he was talking to when he first saw Jeno sitting there.
The younger shook his head and side glanced to Jeno who was biting his lip with a contemplative look on his face.
"You don't have to tell me," Jaemin said suddenly, causing him to grab the attention of the boy next to him.
"What?"
"Whatever Mark was telling you to tell me. I can wait," the younger said while handing Jeno one of his most sincere and soft smiles.
Jeno felt his heart melting at those words and felt relieved but somewhat guilty. The younger was so understanding and it made him wonder how he even met this person. The universe must've been in a good mood to let someone like Jaemin enter his life.
They both silently turned forward and watched the sunset together, and Jeno couldn't stop thinking about the night Jaemin had told him about his power. The sun was setting just like this, except Jaemin was practically high off tiredness.
