All Three! Bakugou's Part [Ch. 12]

Bakugou took your hand, snatching you away from Todoroki. You followed him to an area filled to the brim with people sitting around racks of weights. You were a bit intimidated. All those weights just looked so big and, well, heavy.

Bakugou sensed your hesitation and reassured you in the only way he knew how. "C'mon [Y/N], don't be a wimp." He grabbed a set weights for himself, which honestly looked too heavy for him. The way he tried lifting them "effortlessly" was adorable. He must've been trying to impress you. 

You head to the rack and pick out a smaller pair with hopes that you wouldn't get tired as quickly. After all, you were still way tired from the other two workouts you just did.

 You looked around to see adult men and women occupying nearly every space in the immediate area. Yours eyes widened as you realized you had been separated from Bakugou.

The weights in your hands felt heavier. The sound of all the gym-goers filled your ears. What felt like anxiety began to suffocate you, leaving you gasping for air. The gym was massive, how could you find him in a place like this? Especially surrounded by all these people! 

"[Y/N]!!!"

 You turned to see Bakugou zipping through all the weight-lifters. He ran through the crowd as fast as an Olympic runner, even having to jump over a guy! He had abandoned his oversized weights as soon as he saw you with that terrified expression on your face. 

He ran straight at you with a relieved look in his eyes. He would have crashed into you if he hadn't stopped in time. He outstretched his arms and placed his hands comfortingly on your shoulders, breathing heavily. 

He opened his mouth to say something but you took the words right out of his mouth. "You were worried about me, weren't you?" 

Bakugou erupted, spouting words faster than you could keep up with.

"What? No! Worried? Why would you think that? [Y/N], no. I wasn't worried, I was, well... I just wanted to make sure you were okay! Because-"  He gasped, as if he had only just now realized what he said, and turned to face the floor. "Nevermind."

As much as he denied it, you knew the truth. Bakugou was clearly a different person from his past self, becoming so distraught over someone like you. And yes, the mischievous teasing isn't something would normally do. You just loved seeing his flustered reactions, where he became his old self from a brief moment.
