Just as I was about to let total darkness consume me there was nock on the door causing me to be alert getting my gun in hand ready to shot. When I opened the door there was no one there only a box. I carfully picked up the box finding a phone inside most likely a burner phone. When I picked it up I received a message saying

                 Unknown number

Currently Athena's POV

It was now morning, Xio and I had been up all night trying to figure out what were going to do. We alone couldn't get that much money especially since they took all of are profet we made. The only way I could of think to get the money we needed without going to jail was asking the boys but they wouldn't just hand over 10 million dollars to us...would they?

"uhhhhhhhhhh" I groaned aloud getting frustrated at myself. I pick up my phone going into contacts dialing the one other person I can think of that would for sure help us.

30 minutes time skip 

Xiomara went out 15 minutes ago to go to the safe houses around here since we keep money in those as well hoping the Senreros didn't get their first. There was a knock on the door causing me to get up on alert. I grabbedy gun, opened the door and pulled the person in before they could even react pinning them to the bed straddling them in the process.
"hey calm down no need to be hostel, not that I'm complaining or anything" He said smirking looking me up and down. "Shut up Rafael, the only reason I called you is for business I meant what I said." I say staring him in those beautiful calming brown eyes I fell in love with. "you say that...yet your the one laying ontop of me." I quickly get off of him composing myself trying not to show emotion. "Look alright I called you for a favor not for you to try and win me back cuz it's not going to happen especially after what you did so can we please just get to business." Rafael agrees hurt evidently visible in his eyes as we sit on the bed together. I'm not going to lie seeing him again definitely brings up past feelings but I know I could never act on them knowing I will get hurt again.

"Alright...ok, what's the favor."

Time skip.

"Please promise me you'll be safe, I know what I did was fucked up and I know you hate me for it and you'll never forgive me but that doesn't change the way I feel about you. I still love you and I'm not going to give up you, but I need you alive to chase after you." he said sounding genuinely sincere giving me a small smile. In the moment all I wanted to do was forgive him and get back together but it's not the right time. "You don't have to worry about me Raf, I don't die easily." I say smirking trying to be beleive myself that berthing will be ok. "But everybody dies eventually...some faster than others, you can't beat death Athena. I just want you to be safe ok." Rafael says giving me pleading eyes. "Alright I promise, I'll be safe ok." I say giving him a hug I don't want to end. When we pull away he gives me kiss on the cheek going back down the stairs to his car. I watch as he pulls off seeing Xio pulling in not to long after him. She come up the steps and into the room giving my a 'what happened'look dropping two duffel bags on the bags.

"Ok, what the hell did I just miss... Am I blind or did I see Rafael as in the ex that cheated on you with his friend he told you not to worry about, the ex that felt too embarrassed to introduce you to his own family, the ex that FORGOT YOUR OWN ANNIVERSARY...ARE YOU LITERALLY KIDIING ME RIGHT NOW WHAT THE FUCK WERE YOU THINKING. YOU BETTER NOT SAY YOU FORGAVE THAT BASTARD AND GOR BACK TOGETHER WITH HIM." "No Xiomara calm down I didn't get back together with I just called him here because he owned me a favor ok, he gave us 2 mill help...he's not all that bad, he would have even given us more but he didn't what his parents to notice a huge amount of money missing and cut him off." I say trying to calm her down. "OK and... He gave up 2 mill to help, that doesn't mean that if I see him again I won't  'accidentally' run him over with my car." she says smirking probably thinking about how she'll do it. Don't get me wrong I love her like a sister but...she can be crazy sometimes. "whatever you say Xio, so how much did you find in the safe houses." I say as I open the duffel bags getting some stacks out. "I only got 2.5 mill...which means we still need about 5.5 mill. Now how do we get that." Xio asks worried. "I guess I'll have to ask the boys than." I say uneasy knowing in order to get to money we need I'd have to tell them everything. 'This will go great' I think to myself. Note the sarcasm. I call the boys letting them know to send the jet and that were going to have to talk when we get there. Me and Xio pack are bags trying to hide the money the best we can in out suit cases making our way to the airport. This is going to be a very eventful next 3 days.

Hey guys sorry it took so long for

me to update this story and I know

it's short but it is coming to an end

very quickly and I would hope I can

finish it or be near finishing it

atleats by the end of January and I

know that's still a long time but

knowing me it'll probably be longer

and the reason for that is because

I'm just not as motivated to

continue with this story as I was in

the beginning that's why it's taking

so long to finish but the last 3 days

will be the last 3 chapters of the

story I might make it 4 just because

of the ending I have planned that

you all will definitely hate me for

after 😅. Anyway I hope you

enjoyed this chapter and I hope

you'll be pleased with the ending I

have planned 😈 I through in a little

bit of foreshadowing that some of

you might of noticed maybe 😏 if

you did or if you have a 

speculation of what the ending will
