PVZ hero: green shadow chapter 1: memories

Hello everyone Sunrise (aka BookWorm-thereader) here and welcome to a my first story I made for the laugh...and this is my first time, dont judge be and read this chapter, sheesh, i thought i was the only one who judged a book by its cover. So! What will happen if you (the reader) do if one day in your ordinary life, you meet the fantastic green shadow herself? Let's find out...

"(Y/N)!" you hear someone call your name "(Y/N) save yourself!!!"

"DAD!!!" you suddenly jump and open your eyes "where am I?" you ask and tried your best to answer yourself

"uh... I'm on my bed, in my new apartment in a province in USA" you sigh, just a dream you thought as you get up from bed, in an instant you heard a crash, like a plate broke or something

plate?

You thought "not again" you say as you head to the kitchen. "*Sigh* almost every day this happens" you say as you open the kitchen door and you guessed right, you see two plants in your kitchen and a broken plate.

"she started it!" two feminine voices said almost instantly and at the same time,

"*sigh* alright which one really started it" then you look at a sunflower with yellowish colored petals then at the unicorn chomper with magenta colored hearts all around it instead of spots,

"well.... actually" the sunflower said slowly "I..."

"no, I started it" the chomper butted in,

You sigh a very long sigh "well, just be more careful" you said as you grabbed a duster to sweep the broken plate away into the trash bin "well" you said "I'll be back, I've got to go to the pastry, later" then you leave them, got out of your pajamas and dressed with your everyday casual clothes, got your shoes on and headed for the pastry. "bye mom!" you called "take care anak (my child)" she calls back from the living room preparing the watering cans for the two plants

<meanwhile>

"but..." the sunflower protested

"it's okay" said the chomper

"yeah but I was the one who broke it, not you"

"don't worry, (Y/N) won't mind it being me to be the one who broke it" "thanks sis" The sunflower said quite happy "I owe you one"

The chomper laughed "you owe me way more than one"

<meanwhile>

"Helloo~" you say as you enter the pastry "thank goodness your here (Y/N)" said a teen girl "we are running out of stuff to sell here, get to work baking some cheese bread, were a bit low on those" "got it sharms!" you reply as you enter the kitchen to meet a bonk choy punching the dough(literally)

"oh hey (Y/N)! I thought you weren't going to show up"

"can't I be just like...a bit late" you teased

"nu-uh get going" it said still punching

"yes sir Mr. Charles the grumpiest chef ever" you teased some more

"one more word and I'll punch five teeth out in one blow" Charles said at last. Meanwhile you got back to work, you thought of the struggles before you came here

(flashback)

It was a fine day in a province in the philipines, you were a little foreigner boy who traveled with your family here for vacation, it seemed okay to start, with all the plants and all, but a few weeks later you and your family had to escape because some dimwit called Dr. zomboss made an all-out invasion on the country, the plants fought hard but nevertheless got defeated, your father got left behind because he wanted to help in the fight and to give you and your mother time to run for the ship, and he never returned, and your mother left with you on the ship but zombies where already coming closer to it, she and a bunch of other people from the philipines stalled for time with their plants, and died protecting the ones they loved and thousands of escapees that had to flee from the zombie infested country all you saved was petals and rainbow, the sunflower and the unicorn chomper, and of all the people who adopted you was a Philippine woman who had lost her sons because they wanted to save their mother from death, now, both of you became close and you now treat her as your mother and as time passed by you grew older and you eventually found work at this nearby pastry

(end of flashback)

*sigh* "don't think of your past, just be lucky your alive" you said to yourself aloud

"what's that you said?" Charles asked

"oh, nothing" you said

"sometimes I worry about you (Y/N)" Charles said with a sigh adding a few things to the cream puffs before putting them in a tray "in you get" you heard him say as he placed them into the oven

I wonder what's petals and rainbow doing right now

Meanwhile at the house petals and rainbow were preparing you a surprise, a very big surprise, something for a very special day if you'd ask me......
