A New Destiny (Levi x Dragon reader)

Chapter 6

~Levi POV~
As the sun rose and hit my face, I slowly began to start and wake up as the memory flooded of us getting separated from the survey Corp slowly beginning to wake up, expecting see the dragon only to see the cave empty. There was no sign of it, I then felt some arms wrap around me, pulling me back tightly as I slowly looked behind me to see a beautiful girl with H/c long hair that reached all the way her ankles I was so surprised to see someone out here, that I didn't react as she slowly being to wake disturbed due to my movement, she opened her eyes only for me to see them to be a beautiful E/c just like the dragons. She was a overall beautiful girl as she looked at me and smiled, reminding me so much of the dragons smiles and said

"Good morning Levi"

With a voice that sounded very similar to the dragons as she seemed to smile more, she suddenly grabbed my head and put it between her chest  (sorry I had to) as she started giggling, my face immediately turned red as I grabbed her shoulders pushing her off, looking at her directly in the eyes

"who are you, I don't even know who you are, why you asking me like we've met and trust me, when I say I remember a face"

“ but levi we have met it's me Y/n"

Levi gotten even more surprised yet suspicious face, there was no way a dragon can turn into a human in one night, it's just not possible or so he thought

" how can I believe you "

"Hmm... Oh, I know, ask me something only Y/n would know to show you that I am her"

Levi thought about this, what has he and you discovered together, shared with each other, that would help him in this situation, then all of a sudden he thought of the book you gave him, nobody was around when that happened, only you and him would know that

" if you are Y/n, when I was skeptical of you, what did you give me to show proof that you ment no harm that I still have but have yet to give back "

"that's an easy one. I gave you my book of history, it told you everything you wanted to know about me to show that I was on your side"

Levi's eyes immediately widened, as what you said was the truth, you really were her, but how?

"Y/n it is you, but how did you become this? How did you turn human"

" I can do more than just breathe fire, I have my own abilities as well. Don't worry the book explains more if you want to borrow it for a little longer. It's kind of complicated to explain how fully grown dragons turns to a little bitty girl."

" I see"

Was all he said

" now then let's get some breakfast before we start heading back "

She said as shegot up and leave like I to see how longer hair really was. She also said that she didn't bother cutting it considering she wouldn't be in her human form that long, and I actually kind of like her really long hair ( sorry if you want to have short hair).

~Y/n POV~

As I proceeded to walk outside the cave to a creek where I'd bathe when I was still living in the caves to get some fish that flows through ever so often. I looked around for some fish as I saw one I quickly grabbed it and pulled it pit of the water not realizing that the fish was over half of your body and you were taller than Levi(sorry). You kill the fish quickly and was about to go back to the cave only to see Levi heading towards you, as he stoped in front of you and looked at you then the fish

" you caught the fish it's pretty big"

" yeah, It was surprisingly lighter than it looks. I got this for you it's for your breakfast. Hopefully you like fish"

" you got that for me, thanks. I'll be sure to eat it, no point wasting a good meal. "

He said as you both headed back to the cave and you put the fish down on some big leaves that you found outside and you used your dragon on it, cooking it quickly and pushing it towards Levi.

" eat you need your strength for today. "

he looked at you before digging into his meal the station to light up with surprised at how good it was, you smiled this wasn't the first time you cooked food with your breath. You knew exactly how to cook as you waited for him to finish.

~Time Skip~

If he finished his last bite of the fish, he laided back letting the food settle. As you cleaned up the leaves and the bones from the fish as you we're getting ready to start heading back to HQ Levi grabbed your arm

"I've been curious about this for a while but are you in a relationship?"

You pause processing what he said then you face immediately turned red

" what on earth do you mean by that, of course, I'm not I've never been in one "

You said is your face turn from embarrassed to sad and disappointed, mostly in yourself. Levi saw that his words seemed to have upset you.

" sorry, it's just that you're so pretty I figured you'd be with someone "

" me pretty thanks, I guess I just never thought of myself like that "

" well, you should because you are"

He said looking directly at you. You blushed but smiled.

" thank you, Levi, I just might"

He said, finishing the conversation as you both sit in silence, but it wasn't an awkward silence. It was a comfortable one. Both relaxed. As you realized it was getting late.

" it be best to get back, we don't want to be stuck out here again"

" yeah, you're right let's go"

Levi finished as you both, started heading back to HQ.
