We were just going for a drink at Woaba Boba after school ended
"*slurp* Hey Sera... Are you close with those guys? What were their names again?" I asked
"Oh... I actually hang out with Roland and Evie almost everyday... But I only met Terrence two times. But he acted normally the first time we met"
"Oh... That's a relieve" I said
"Huh? What do you mean by that?"
"Sera... Remember that day after we gauged your ability at the mall, and then some guy with invisibility followed us? THAT was Terrence"
"W-What? And how did you find out about that?"
Oh no... I should've expected that question
"Well Uhm... I asked Cecile this morning. And she also said that he actually knew about my real identity ages ago"
"What? So Cecile also knows about you? Is that why she helped us that day while we were getting embarrassed by a low-tier?"
"Yeah...Sorry" I said
"*sigh* its fine..."
.....
"So? What do you think we should do about him Sera? Wait! didn't you say that Remi also had an incident with at the mall like we did?" I asked
"Oh yeah you're right! Maybe I should go and talk to Remi..."
5:27 PM, Wellston Girls Dormitories
Sera POV
"*knock knock* Remi, are you there?"
"Yep! Coming!" Said Remi "Sera? Can I help you with something?"
"Hey Remi... I just wanted to talk to you about the incident we both had at the mall"
"Sure! What about it!"
"You said that you blew up the mall that day... Did you actually fight them? I asked
"No... We were chasing them down while they were trying to escape... The gauger had a sidekick with him which can turn him invisible so it was kinda hard to catch them. And you know what's weird Sera? THAT accident was then reported on the Wellston newspaper the NEXT day? Isn't that weird? I asked Cecile about it but she wouldn't tell me..."
So Terrence was helping the gauger? How did he get involved with them? And what are they trying to achieve?
"Well... the reason I came here because I wanted to tell you that we found out the person behind the article about you" I said
"What? How come?"
"John said that he got the information from Cecile today. What do you think we should do Remi?" I asked
"Well... I guess we should just confront him about it and find some answers" Said Remi
