A New Destiny (Levi x Dragon reader)

Chapter 8

As I begin to wake with the sun in my eyes I slowly get up and stretch immediately wanting a bath as you grabbed some clothes and a towel and head to a bathroom, taking a quick shower and soaking in the tub, to relax your scales, you hop out and put on a scout uniform and begin to walk out to the mess hall. As you arrived there you realized you haven't had food for awhile besides that Titan you ate and you knew that the scouts food wasn't any better. So after some thinking you decided that you were going to go hunting for you and the scouts

You were going to make your way to the forest, but captain Levi got you instead

"Where you going"

"I was going to go hunting for some meet in the forest, considering the scouts are a little low on food"

You said truthfully, considering you remember, one scout was always hungry and asking others for food.

" fine, I'll go with you then "

He said surprising me

" really "

You said genuinely confused

"Tch yes i don't need Erwin getting on me about leaving you alone besides we would be able to bring back more food if there are 2 of us. "

He said making a good point there would be more food if there were to of you

" Ok I'm glad to have you abored Levi"

You said with a smile making him blush

"Tch whatever let go"

He said as he stared to walk a head of you and you just giggled and walked with him.

As you both made it to the forest you suddenly stood very still and close your eyes. Levi looked at you wonder what you were doing.

" hey, just what are you doing "

He said

" I'm listening, I'm listening little creatures of the forest, deciding which one will be our meal"

You said staying like that until suddenly you opened your eyes and looked and pointed in one direction

"There, there's a group of deer we can eat"

You said as you slowly walked towards the deer with Levi behind you. You knew this was going to feed a few.

~Time Skip~

As you both walk back to HQ with a massive amount of deer meat that most will have to be frozen you both walk in the comfort of silence. Are was so much meat you changed back into a dragon to carry all of it on your back along with Levi as he was also on your back.

When you finally made it back when thought you two were only go for less than an hour thanks to your dragon powers.

Everyone was surprised by all the food the both of you had so much so even Erwin  was out here

"Where did you get all this food"

Someone asked

"Me and captain Levi went out hunting so everyone could have a little more food and I'd be more than happy to gather food daily for you all"

You offered wanting to help them even more as you could there cries of joy for there new food.

~Time Skip~

As everyone settled down after having their nice meal, everyone started heading to bed, you too, instead of changing back into a human, you decided to be a dragon tonight, as you found your nice spot of grass and laid there, relaxing as you waited to drift into the darkness of sleep, you're about to start sleeping, but then captain Levi came up to you

" what are you doing out here laying in the filthy grass "

He asked you

" going to sleep is all "

You replied not phased at all by Levi's words, you were used to Levi and how clean he was, you actually found it quite amusing to listen to him it relaxed you in more ways than one

" well, since you can turn into a human, you can sleep in a nice clean bed, said me to sleep on the ground with all the dirt and bugs"

He replied

" I could, but it's not as fun being alone in a human bed. Im not surrounded by living things. If I were to go to sleep in another bed, I couldn't do it by myself. I spent years surrounded by nature, or at least something that was alive, not your stone walls are dead beds not at all connected to mother earth"

Your replied looking at him

"Tch if that's how it is, then just come sleep with me"

He offered as you looked at him making full eye contact

" are you sure you humans tend to be a little sensitive on who you sleep with especially those of opposite sexes "

You said looking at him he than blushed a little but you didn't notice

"Tch yes, it's fine, I wouldn't give you this offer if it wasn't, I just dont want someone to be sleeping outside in the dirt, and have to be expected to work with them."

He replied looking a little mad

" very well, I have no objections, you clearly seem to be ok with it so I accept your offer "

You said as you slowly turned into a human and stood next to Levi

"shall we be off"

" I don't think I'll ever truly get used to that"

"Don't think about it too hard it'll hurt your brain"

You finish your conversations you both made it back to Levi's quarters as you both got into bed after Levi changed he pulled the covers over the both of you then suddenly pulled you close to him. You then proceeded to look at him, wondering what he was doing

" Tch don't give me that look, it's just we both don't get cold, it tends to get really drafty in this room "

He said even though your pretty sure he knew dragons don't get very cold, considering the book showed your entire anatomy but you didn't dwell on it too much as you both fell asleep.
