A few days have passed since the bug lady attacked. Saitama has been really paranoid about a stalker or something. I tried telling him it was me to cause him to stop telling me about it, but it didn't work. I was walking down the street when I saw him on the sidewalk, lying down. I had a bag of groceries in my hands.

"What are you doing?" I asked.

"This is the perfect way to find out who my stalker is." He answered.

"You're being ridiculous." I groaned.

"Am I?" Saitama asked as he jumped up to his feet. "It is inevitable that someone is my fan! Do you know how many people probably know about who I am now?"

"No one." I answered.

"What?!" Saitama yelled. "Are you trying to pick a fight?!"

"Don't worry... you'll find someone." I said as I began my walk back to the apartment.

"Hey! Get back here!" I heard Saitama yell as I entered the building.

I opened the door to see Jacob playing a fighting game on the TV. I just recently got him a gaming console from a store. I kinda... stole it after a nearby attack with a monster occurred. No one caught me, so it was quite the score. I've had a lot more time to myself which is good, but he barely ever listens to me. It could be worse though. I couldn't really tell, but I thought he'd gotten really good at the game in a really short time. I felt like such a dad because I couldn't really understand how he played.

"Hey, Jacob." I said as I entered the room.

"Hey." He quickly responded. He was pushing away at the controller.

"I got some lunch." I told him as I put the bad next to our beds.

"Cool." He responded.

"Can you pause the game, please?" I asked.

"Give me just a second." He said.

"Fine." I groaned. After about three minutes, his fight ended, and he made his way over to the beds and sat down next to me. "What's so fun about that game?"

"I dunno." He responded. "It just is." He pulled out a sandwich I bough for him and began to quickly eat it.

"I'm gonna regret saying this." I told myself. "Can you show me how to play?" Jacob immediately stopped eating and looked at me quizzically.

"Really?" He asked. "Aren't you a little old for that?"

"Are you joking?!" I yelled. "I'm only twenty-three!"

"Yeah?" He said.

"Just shut up." I growled. Jacob laughed loudly.

"I guess my joke worked." He laughed.

"That wasn't a joke." I answered. "That was a drawn-out insult."

"Whatever you say." He responded.

"You're quite the little shit, ain't ya?" I chuckled.

"Best of the best." He chuckled.

"You've still got a ways to go before you're the 'best of the best'." I responded. "There are many people more annoying than you."

"Who?" He asked.

"You'll find out eventually." I answered.

We finished our lunch, and he began to show me how to play the game. It was rather simple, but he straight-up screamed at me when I did something wrong. I just kept laughing at him, and his reactions. We then heard a loud crash come from Saitama's apartment. I ran out of our room and opened the door to his. The blond guy jumped out of the window to the street below. There was a large hole in the roof of the room. There was also a large green splatter on the wall. The smashed face and headless body of a green bug... thing were on the ground next to each other. I looked down and a disaster was occurring on the street below.

"Should we do something?" Jacob asked.

"Saitama will be fine, and the blond guy seems to be handling things." I responded.

"Are we ever gonna fight?" Jacob groaned.

"If we need to." I responded. "Don't fight unless you absolutely need to."

It took a few minutes before Saitama destroyed the lion monster and mole monster. The blond guy beat down a robot that was revealed to be a gorilla. Whatever. I jumped down with Jacob behind me.

"That was quite a fight." I told the blond guy.

"Thank you." He responded before turning his attention to the gorilla. I didn't really pay attention, but he mentioned something about a scientist who can alter the evolution of a living being.

We then began our trek to the 'House of Evolution'. That's where the guy who made these monsters was.

"So what's your name?" I asked the blond guy.

"Genos." He answered.

"My name is Kazan... if you... were gonna ask." I responded awkwardly.

"Who's the boy with you?" Genos asked.

"Jacob... my son." I answered.

"Son?" Genos asked. "How old are you?" I groaned loudly.

"Twenty-three." I responded.

"Why does your kid seem to almost be a teenager?" He asked.

"It's a really long story." I answered.

"Were you that underaged?" Genos asked.

"No!" I responded. "It's just... a long story for another time."

"Were you raped?" Saitama asked.

"You know the story, Saitama!" I yelled. "I told you! You saw him when he first got here, and his rapid growth."

"Must've been spacing out." Saitama said. "Probably didn't listen."

"Not surprised." I responded. "By the way, did you hear everything, Jacob?"

"Yep." He responded.

"Great." I responded, sarcastically.

We began to run as fast as we could to the destination. I don't know how they knew where to go, but I just followed Saitama and Genos. We ran through some cliffs and into a forest. After a few minutes of running, we made it to a cliff. I grabbed Jacob's hand as he flew up to the top. A very tall tower revealed itself. It had maybe ten or twelve floors.

"This looks like fun." Jacob said.

"Agreed." Saitama smiled as he clenched his fists. Lightning sparked around Genos as he fired an enormous wave of fire at the tower. An outline of the blast was carved in the mountains. The force was pretty spectacular.

"Why'd you do that?" Saitama asked.

"It seemed like the easiest way to get rid of it." Genos answered.

"But there could've been some cool monsters inside." Saitama reasoned.

"Can I please fight something?" Jacob whined as he floated in the air with a purple outline.

"Calm the whining." I told him. We began to walk towards the wreckage.
