So I've learned I'm in a family of Fire type trainers, allow me to explain. There are three young children in my family and I introduced them all to different generations of stater Pokémon. Without knowing anything of types, the two youngest chose Chimchar and Tepig as their favorites, oldest chose Charmander and Litten, and my choice is Charmander. See, we all are drawn to fire types.
