Chapter 72 - This Kid Is A Little Crazy

Each morning, YanYaJing would go to GuHai's office to make a round. This had become her habit. She can always find something, even some insignificant things to report to GuHai. In truth, this is merely an excuse to see him. If she doesn't see him, her heart can't really feel at ease.

As usual, YanYaJing went over, but today she ran into a person that she did not want to see at the door.

TongZhe had just gotten out of GuHai's office when he saw YanYaJing standing next to him. He looked at her from top to bottom, with a frivolous tone toward her asked, "Why are you here?"

"It's none of your business why I'm here!" YanYaJing glared at TongZhe and was about to go into GuHai's office.

TongZhe reached his arms out to stop her, "You can't go in if you don't explain your reason."

"On what basis do you have to control me?" YanYaJing's cheeks are turning red from anger.

"As the Vice-President, you need to lead by example. If you harass the President through work, how can we expect the employees under us to be self-disciplined?"

Once these words are out, many eyes looked over toward them. YanYaJing felt that this is an overwhelming victory for TongZhe. It can't be helped. In a company full of women, not even one outstanding woman can compete with a non-popular man.

"On what basis are you accusing me of coming here to harass the President?" YanYaJing fixated at TongZhe, "I am holding files that is needed to be given to GuHai. If it's nothing, why would I come wondering around? You think that everyone has nothing to do like you?"

TongZhe stretched his hand out, his eyes sharp.

"Let me look at it to see what important documents you have, needing you as the Vice-President to personally give to the President."

YanYaJing raised the files in front of TongZhe and calmly said, "The conference speech that GuHai need to use for this afternoon."

Unexpectedly, TongZhe's expression became scornful after hearing it.

"Can't the secretary do these things? The Vice-President also needs to take care of this, isn't that a waste of talent?"

YanYaJing took a deep breath and looked at TongZhe with her face paled.

"President Gu does not have a secretary. I've always taken care of these things for him."

"So this is how it is....." TongZhe quickly pulled the file out of YanYaJing's hands, turned around and walked into GuHai's office. Then, he quickly came out looking aloof at YanYaJing.

"Okay, I've already helped you give the files to President Gu. You can leave."

YanYaJing shockingly furious glared at TongZhe.

TongZhe still remained aloof, "I've helped you handed it to him. You not only didn't thank me, but also give me such a look. That not inappropriate, right?"

YanYaJing's red eyes are staring at the door handle behind TongZhe's back, although her heart was unrelenting, she couldn't go further inside. With so many pairs of eyes looking from behind, she couldn't let people think that she's shameless.

Looking at YanYaJing's angry back as she left, TongZhe's mouth revealed a hint of a smile.

YanYaJing was unable to calm down her mood the entire morning. She felt that something was amiss. Just then, the Marketing Manager came to review the data analysis. YanYaJing finally found something to take to GuHai. Fixing her makeup in front of the mirror, she once again went to GuHai's office.
