Chapter 99 - Discussing the Wedding Details

"Wait, how did it become me marrying you?" Gu Hai twisted his eyebrows, "I gave the dowry1. I've even formally addressed your parents as 'Mom and Dad', so regardless of what you say, you should be the one that is marrying me2!"

This is the same as saying 'you are marrying me'. Female uses (嫁 – jia) in marrying into the male's family. This is the same as saying 'me marrying you'. Typically, the one that is marrying into the other's family is considered inferior, of lower class or the more submissive role. In this case, both of them are male and neither wants to be seen as lower status/submissive one, that's why they are fighting about this issue.

"Don't give me this bullshit!" BaiLuoYin provokingly said to GuHai, "Don't think that you could fool me because I was too drunk to remember anything. That night I asked you if you would marry me and you clearly agreed."

Gu Hai immediately retorted, "You were so drunk, yet you could still remember? I couldn't remember anything. How would I know if you were taking the opportunity to blackmail me? I'm telling you, contracts signed under the influence of alcohol are not valid, not to mention oral agreements."

BaiLouYin's eyebrows straightened, "Even if the promise from that day is not valid, it should be you marrying me! I am a dignified military officer. I have thousands of military men under me, how could I lower myself to marry a businessman?"

GuHai did not mind being provoked by BaiLuoYin.

"You are a dignified military officer. You couldn't lower yourself to marry me but you could lower yourself and moan under me? Last night, which courageous officer was it that was rubbing my dick and pleading, "Hubby, Hubby, hurry up and put it in. I couldn't take it anymore..." GuHai's imitation of BaiLuoYin's actions was greatly exaggerated.

BaiLuoYin is simply speechless when it comes to GuHai. Last night, when they were having some serious discussions regarding the strategies with the bridal chamber games, they ended up messing around for half of the night. They had just gotten up a moment ago, have yet to say anything proper and the topic was once again changed.

"Do you think we should do a pre-marital check-up first? I think you might be incontinent." BaiLuoYin said.

GuHai smiled while using his stubbles to rub BaiLuoYin's neck, "I really don't know why, but whenever I see you, I have this uncontrollable urge to do you."

BaiLuoYin's hand strongly pushed on GuHai's forehead as he coldly said, "We need to talk about the serious stuff first."

GuHai looking a bit sad, did not say anything.

BaiLuoYin gave GuHai a gloomy look, "Don't make that face at me, it's no use!"

Without any other choices, GuHai could only revert back to their serious talk with the wedding preparations.
