"His dumb ass did what?" Sire asked as I told him about Lorenzo.
"Yes brother." I said shaking my head. "When you're gone who else will i tell all my tea to?"
"Valencia." He said in a duh tone.
I shook my head with my lips turned up, "Nah...she got her own problems you know. I don't wanna give her mine as well."
"Best friends tell each other about their problems."
"True true, but Valencia just really needs her space right now Sire." I said sighing. "I can't believe your leaving next week."
He shrugged, "It's temporary, but has he been hitting you up?"
"Who?" I asked raising one eyebrow completely confused on who he was talking about.
"Lorenzo slow ass..."
"Yea, but I'm good off his ass for real."
"Girl shut up you know you gone be right back with his ass." Sire said laughing as I mugged him.

"Fuck no." I said covering my mouth soon as moms walked in the room.
"Mhmm language little girl." She said flipping through the mail. "Y'all seen Daniel?"
"Nigga out like a light." Sire said making her smack the back of his head. "Mom. I'm 20."

"Mommy arent you gonna miss him?" I asked jumping into his lap starting to kiss his cheek. He laughed and just hugged me back.
"I am gonna miss my baby boy..." She said leaning down to kiss his cheek. The doorbell rung so she went to get it, "Oh wow."
"What?" I asked starting to walk towards the door. I rolled my eyes as Lorenzo had a life size teddy bear, a dozen of roses, and an edible arrangement. "Take it back."
My mom hit me making him frown, "Serenity." My mom said giving me a stern look. "Get that fruit I want some."
"Cupcake." Sire said starting to run upstairs.
"For Serenity I'll be anything." Lorenzo said walking in still holding up the stuff. "I'm sorry for acting like I didn't care." He said putting the stuff down. He pulled me by my waist pulling me closer.
"Cute plan, wrong bitch." I said shrugging making him gasp.
"Language Serenity." He said covering my mouth making me laugh. "I miss you."
"Move Lorenzo." I said pushing him off of me.
