I was sitting in the library studying as always. I looked up for a second to crack my neck because I stayed in the position I was in for like an hour.

I saw Charlotte walk through the front door. She looked lost. 'Maybe she was a freshman in our college.' I thought to myself.

'Please don't look towards my way.' I thought to myself. She looked my way and I looked at my book acting like I didn't notice her.

I was sure that she was looking for a place to sit. I was sitting alone on my table obviously because no one liked me. I was the nerd that the professors loved but I was the nerd that the students hated.

She sat on the table that was the opposite of the table I was sat on. Her back was facing me. Thank god that she didn't notice me.

After like half an hour Gabe walked towards her table and sat the opposite of her so he was facing me.

He smiled while whispering something I didn't understand and Charlotte shook her head. He whispered again, she sighed then packed her things and they left together.

Gabe was known as the player aka the person who hates me. I didn't like him too. I just ignored them and continued studying.
