I'm now in jail I head my cell door open it was the security guard
"You get to have a phone call"he said
I got up and followed him to the phone booth
I called Caya
It started to ring
"Hello"Caya said out of curiosity
"Baby it's me call my lawyer and tell him he can visit today at 5"
"Ok"she said sounding like she was about to cry
"Baby you've got to stay strong for me"I said
"Ight I'll let him know to visit you today at five"she said as she sniffed
"Ight hows my princess"I referred to Kairi
"She's fine"she said as she laughed
"Baby Ima have to drop the call my times up"I said
"Ok"she said
And the phone cut
Ricayas pov
I got off the phone with Dave as Kairi started to cry
I called Dave's lawyer
"Hello this is ricaya Dave's girlfriend"I started of
"Yes"he said
"I just got off the phone with Dave and he said that he's at the prison down south and if it is ok to come at 5 o'clock today"I said
"Yes I'll be there at 5 today" he said
"Ok thank you"I said and cut the phone
I've been so tired lately becauseKairi has been a handful
She started to cry for no reason which mad me annoyed
Later that evening I got a phone call from Dave lawyer saying that Dave's been charge to court tomorrow and he said I should come with Kairi at 11am

I'm now calling Dave's mom
"Hey mrs Brewster" I started off
"Hey baby how you and Kairi"she said
"We're good I wanted to inform you that the Dave's been charged to court and hes hearing is tomorrow"I said
"Really ok I'll be there tomorrow"she said
"Ok bye"I said
I started to feel sleepy so I decided to go to sleep
