Isaac Calland

I ended the meeting earlier and walked back to my office quickly to talk to Jenna. Why is she here anyway?

"Just tell me what do you want.." I said as I entered my office. Jenna sat up straight and she nodded.

"I need to borrow money from you." She said.

"Your mother.. is still sick?" I asked and she nodded.

"This might be her last surgery." Jenna said and I sighed.

"How much do you need?"

"100.000 Krone." She said and I raised my eyebrows.

"You have a lot of debt to me, Jenna." I said and she sighed nodding.

"I know but at least I need to keep my mother alive first."

"Very well, but I want you to pay me all that 550.000 Krone in 5 years." I said and she nodded. I called my secretary to make a contract for us because it will be the stupidest thing to give her money without any contract.

"Why is the Princess of Sweden here?" She asked.

"She's my girlfriend." I answered without looking at her.

"Her reputation.." Jenna said in a small tone and I turned to her fully.

"She's not your type." She added.

"You're here to borrow money, not to give me lectures about my dating life." I hissed coldly and she nodded. My secretary walked in with a contract in her hand. He gave it to me and I wrote the amount that she's borrowing from me. I checked the contract one last time and then gave it to her so she could sign the contract.

She signed it and I told her that I will transfer the money before midnight. I gestured to go out because I don't want to do anything with her except helping her mother because her mother was one of the kindest people alive.

Jenna here was my first girlfriend. She has everything that I want in a girl. Kind, nice, innocent, the type of girl that you will bring home to introduce to your parents and she's not the type to party and drink but.. she cheated on me.

She cheated on with our school friend. So after that we ended things right away. She apologized to me and wanted me back but I will never. Ever since that, I decided to focus on my work instead of looking for love or relationship.

"Thankyou, Isaac. I really owe you a lot." She said and I nodded.

"If you don't pay it back.. you know where you'll end up in." I said seriously and she nodded. She got up and left my office.

I checked my watch and it's been 2 hours since Linnea left. Where did she go? I bet she's a little bit mad at me earlier. I thought she was going to attack Jenna or something because Linnea was walking closer to Jenna. Not only that but Linnea's eyes were a little bit.. cold.

Linnea is different than girls that I'm into so I'm a little careful. I have to handle her differently . She's capable of attacking people to stand on her ground. She's a tough cookie even though she's quite spoiled by her parents.

I took out my phone from my pocket to call her. Where is she? I dialed her number and waited for her to answer.

I decided to go back to my work because she will comeback here later on anyway.

3 hours.. 4 hours.. 5 hours..

"Hello baby." I turned to the door to see her walking into my office with a couple of shopping bags. I raised my eyebrows looking at her because she might be smiling but her eyes not as friendly.

"What took you so long?"

"I don't want to interrupt your guess." She said as she threw herself to the sofa.

"Seriously?" I asked and she nodded. I got up from my seat and walked towards her.

"What did you buy?" I asked her and she suddenly took a box out from one of her paper bags.

"For you.." She said as she gave a medium size dark red velvet box.

"What is it?"

"Open it." I opened the box and it's a red tie with a silver clip. I turned to her and she smiled. She took off the tie that I'm wearing and threw it to the side. She put the new red tie on me and even put the clip on. She smiled looking at it.

"Looks good on you." She said as she looked straight into my eyes.

"Thankyou.. I love it."

"Of course, you have to like it, your girlfriend gave it to you." She said the last sentence coldly. I chuckled and she sat down on the sofa again. I sat down on the sofa across her.

"Are you still mad at me?"

"Who doesn't? You were shouting at me in front of that girl when I didn't even do anything."

"I thought you're going to slap her or something, it's written in your eyes." I said gesturing her eyes.

"What if I do? Don't you have to take my side? Who is she? Mistress?" She crossed her arms looking at me suspiciously.

"My ex-girlfriend."

"What is she doing here?"

"Borrowing money, her mom is sick." I said truthfully and besides there's no reason to lie to her.

"Oh."

"She only borrowed money and then she left. Don't worry.." I said and she hissed.

"I trust you, you're a great guy. I don't trust girls out there." She said and I found the jealous Linnea cute. She kept pouting her lips, looking at me suspiciously and even being a little sassy.

"What took you so long? I was waiting for you."

"Really? You seemed to be so busy with your work." She said as she got up. She walked to me and sat on my lap. She hugged me as she wrapped her arms around my neck.

And again..

I never liked a clingy woman or a woman is too possessive. I've always like independent woman since I'm a busy man, I have no time to give all my attention to my girlfriend so that's why Jenna never be this clingy or even express that she's jealous. Everything with Linnea is so new to me. It's a little bit overwhelming but I'm not complaining.

"I was trying to settle my anger by shopping.. I hate you." I chuckled when she said that and she smacked my chest.

"Let's dinner together." I said and she nodded. I kissed her cheek and she leaned her head to my shoulder.
