The dark night was the perfect time to hunt. No one to watch them, no one to stop them.

A hooded body moved through the shadows with ease, but the other was a little more clumsy.

Even still, both were silent. Silent like a predator on a hunt.

Soon, the two found what they wanted.

"Stay down, and watch. You are to make sure that nothing hurts you." The more experienced hunter whispered, their voice just at a higher, more feminine pitch.

The other nodded, staying quiet.

Swiftly, the trained hunter brought his wrath down upon the creatures. They hissed and howled, swiping at him, but they were no match to him.

It took little time for him to be done, all that remained of those beasts, were their puddles. Even then, those wouldn't stay to be found.

The skilled hunter sighed heavily, turning to their partner, giving them a soft smile.

"Let's go, we have the rest of the night to fight off these goons." A joking tone was taken from the smaller.

The less skilled hunter laughed lightly, jogging to his teacher quickly. He had to be  honest...

He liked seeing this side... And he wanted to see more of it.
