I can't stop staring at him even in the dark
he's persuading me to join him but all I can notice is the glisten in his eyes
at everything he says, I nod
"So you're going to join me?"
I nod
what?
he smiles immediately
I try my best to not give him the wrong impression and quickly deny what I just did
but I can't
he's too happy and I don't want to ruin his mood
so I play along with it and smile too
