"You really hate the hierarchy THAT much?" Sera asked
"What do you mean Sera?... Don't you hate it as well? When you were the Ace, people wouldn't stop talking about your reputation, and now that you're powerless, people wouldn't stop bothering you" I said irritatingly
"Well I DO... but it's pointless to hate on it when you can't do anything about it... Besides, thats just how the world works I guess"

"John.... What's your level anyway?" Sera asked
"Huh?... Why are you aksing all of a sudden"
"Well you know what mine is, it's only fair that I know yours"
Well I guess there's no reason to hide it anymore
"A-Actually, the last time my ability was gauged was when I was still a middle schooler"
"Then what was it when you were a middle schooler?"

".......You're joking right? You were a 7? Even I was only 5.5"
"Haha no I'm not bullshitting... To be honest, I don't even know how they determined that I'm a 7 since, you know... my ability is kinda different than others I guess"
Suddenly my body felt really numb for about 2 seconds and accidentally dropped my drink to the floor
"Huh?..... John whats wrong? You look a bit pale"
"Uhh... I don't know... my body felt weird just a second ago"
I then proceed to grab my drink on the floor
What the fuck was that? What was that weird feeling just then? Did someone use an ability on me or something?
"Anyway, I think we should go back to the dorms... It's kinda getting a bit late" Said Sera
"Yeah... you're right"
Sera POV
Just before we went out from Woaba Boba we had to open a 2 sided door and we opened it together *open*
*drop*
"Did you just drop your drink agai-"
Before I knew it... John wasn't with me anymore
Huh? Where the hell did John go? Is he pulling some sort of a prank here? If so, its not funny at all!
I went back inside and searched for him, but to no avail... I went outside to search for him

John POV
After I opened the door, I noticed that my drink was gone while I was still holding it
Wait..... Where the hell did my drink go??
After getting confused, I noticed that I'm suddenly in a completely different place. Behind me is a dead end and in front of me were 2 guys and the way out is blocked by a fan
What the fuck?? Did I just get teleported? And Sera isn't with me anymore!
I suddenly realised that these guys standing in front of me were the same people that tried to kidnap Sera
"Wait... I fucking remember you! What do YOU guys want?"
