'He's Really Something'

Surbhi's POV

After talking to the little kid I went towards the hospital again when I saw Mahir's car. His driver was parking the car but Where was he?

"Hi uncle. Where's mah... I Mean Mr. Maheshwari " I asked him

"He's outside talking to a small kid. The same with whom you were talking a time before " he said smiling.

What is he doing there now.

"Okay thankyou uncle" I thanked him and went towards him.

I saw him talking to the boy. Who can imagine that he's even rude.. arrogant Mahir maheshwari.
I stood there only and saw them from distance. I don't know what he was talking but yeah today I saw a different side of him. He cares for everyone but he doesn't show it that easily. Soon I saw his bodyguard coming with some bags.

Wow!!

It was just that came out of my mouth. He himself made the kid wear shoes and gave him a school uniform and sent the boy with his bodyguard.
Where he was taking the kid.

I'll ask him later on when he'll tell me about this.

I went to hospital silently. Today somewhere his act touched me deep in heart.

He's really something.

I smiled and went to the hospital again. When I was coming from other side I saw him searching for something.

Is he searching for Any doctor?

"Surbhi" he called and a smile appeared on my face.

"Hey" I wished

"Hi" he wished me back.

"Dr. Bhatia will be here till evening. Till then I'll get discharge papers ready for tomorrow morning " I told

"Err.... yeah.. " he nodded

Soon I got busy with my work and I didn't see him again.

Today may be I'm meeting him for the last time personally and I think he'll even forget that he made a new friend. After all he's so busy man.

"So Surbhi. Am I ready to go home " His sister asked as I was checking on her.

I don't know where's he because right now he wasn't here.

"Yes di. Definitely" I said

"Di can I hold baby for the last time " I asked her a bit sad !!

She's really very cute!!

"Of course you can" she replied

Holding these small packets of happiness are heaven.

"Surbhi you know whenever you feel like to meet her or us you can always come home till I am here and after a month if you want to meet her then you have to come New York. My home" she said.

Oh. She lives in New York.

I smiled.

"Yeah. She's right. You are always welcomed" Came a familiar voice.

Mahir.

"Thankyou both of you" I thanked and before I would've got emotional I went outside.

"Surbhi listen" Mahir called

"yeah Mahir" I said

"It's 3 pm. If you don't mind let's have our lunch" He asked and I nodded.

Hence soon were in cafeteria.

"Dal rice" he asked & I smiled at this.

"Today order whatever you like" I replied

"Okay" He said and went away and after a while there were two plates of.... Dal and Rice.
