AS A CHILD SHE SAW HER MOTHER BE MURDERED BY THE MAN SHE LOVED MOST. And after Daenerys' last living dragon had unleashed his fire on the Iron Throne, Drogon allowed young Rhaenyra to climb up on his back before he, with a thunderous flap of his wings, took to the sky with the murdered Queen in a tight grip of his claws and the Princess on his back. Rhaenyra did not know for how long they flew, or even in which direction. Only that when they landed again she provided her mother with a traditional Targaryen funeral pyre. And in the flames that consumed the former Queen's body, the young child saw all that scared her, evil men coming after her, her mother's foes hunting her down with sharp knives and the picture of her mother with a dagger stuck in her chest swam before her eyes. Rhaenyra wanted away from these sights, so for a second time she mounted her mother's dragon and took to the sky again. Though soon after, the last Targaryen and her dragon both found themselves stuck in the most terrible of storms. Thunder and rain surrounded both dragon and rider until it suddenly didn't. Drogon crashed down on a large open field of green, little Rhaenyra barely clinging on to the spikes that covered his back. Rhaenyra soon realized that she was no longer in Westeros, or even Essos for that matter. So where did Rhaenyra of House Targaryen, the Last Dragon, end up? The answer is; Middle-Earth.
