I woke up to the sound of shuffling around the room. I open one of my eyes to see Stacy hopping around with one sock, attempting to put on the other.
I sat up on my bed and rubbed my eyes before getting ready for my first lesson of term.
Divination.
In the bathroom, I was debating whether to put my hair up or just have my usual hairstyle, being a messy bun.
I went with the high ponytail and went to grab my bag to meet Stacy downstairs. Before I left the room, I noticed a strange black shaped print left on my now-not-so white sheets.
'Not now' I thought out loud, covering it up using my duvet covers.
This usually happens during the night while I'm sleeping. Especially after nightmares.

When I was sat in class, I let my eyes wander around the room to take in the new atmosphere.
I was sat with the Slytherins next to Stacy. A few seconds later, Amelia showed up. She took a seat on the other side of the room, above Harry and his red-haired friend.
Once all the students settled into their seats, a lady with incredibly bushy hair and thick black glasses and a goofy outfit stood up from her chair and began speaking to us, using an overdramatic tone.
"Welcome my children. In this room, you shall explore the noble art of divination. In this room, you shall discover if you possess the sight- "
She was interrupted when she had bumped into her table, causing a fair few of us around the room, to laugh.
" - I am Professor Trelawney. Together we shall cast ourselves into the future!" She finishes raising her hands into the air to emphasise the word 'Future.'
She began to explain to the class about what this term is focused on, but I was distracted by someone throwing something over at me that had smacked off the side of my face before landing on top of my desk.
I picked it up and noticed that it was a scrunched up piece of parchment. I looked around the room to spot the person who might have thrown it.
I was met with a boy with platinum blonde hair, piercing blue eyes and an extremely irritatable smirk.
I furrowed my brows as if to question why he would throw this over to me.
I raised the scrunched piece of parchment to him and he nodded his head for me to open it. His posses sat either side of him, snickered making suspicious.
As I Debated on whether to open it or not. Another piece of paper came flying over to me from across the room and landed in my hand. I lifted it to see that it was a note from someone.
'If I were you, I wouldn't.' The note said.
I looked up from the note and caught the gaze of a girl sitting on the opposite side of me with dark red hair, ice-blue eyes and from what it looked like from here, some sort of piercing. I looked down at her robe and saw the same symbol as mine.
I scribbled down a note, asking why I should listen to her. Within seconds another piece of paper landed on my desk.
'His name is Draco Malfoy, good looking, but not exactly to be trusted.' The note read.
I looked down at the scrunched up piece of parchment again, then looked back down at the note.
Now knowing the name of the blonde, I had an idea. I looked over to the girl and smirked, mouthing the words 'watch this' To her. Being curious, she watched me.
"Psst! Malfoy is it?" I asked the blonde making him nod.
Raising the parchment high enough for all of them to view, could see that he and his goons were becoming impatient. I smirked and looked into the eyes of the blondes and let the paper burn until it was only a pile of ash.
His jaw dropped open in shock and his 'friends' laughed no more. I mouthed 'whoops' smiling. The girl across from me was very amused. Impressed even.
'Nice one' she mouthed, I smiled in return.
I saw Amelia shaking her head at me, disapprovingly. Technically I'm not allowed to use my 'abilities' cause of how reckless they can become. It was a rule we made before we came here. But I don't see the harm in using it for a laugh.
'What?' I mouth at her, but she just looked away from me. I stare a little longer until the Professor belts the word "Beyond!" Making most of the class stared in her direction.
_______________
I and Stacy swapped our cups with one another to read each other's tea leaves. As we were trying to figure out what shapes it made, we jumped to the voice belonging to the Professor.
"Whoa! Your aura is pulsing dear. Are you in the Beyond! I think you are." She exclaimed to the redhead sitting next to Harry who already seemed uncomfortable from the sudden attention.
"Sure." That was the only word he could say at the moment.
"Look in the cup, tell me what you see." She begged.
The redhead tried explaining the shape that Harry's tea leaves left inside.
"Yeah well um, Harry's got a sorta wonky cross. That's child's in suffering and that there could be the sun which is happiness, so you're gonna suffer, but you're gonna be happy about it?" He said more like a question.
the professor nodded to every word before asking to take a look for herself.
"Gimme the cup...Oh oh oh!" The professor yelled after taking one glance at the cup. She dropped it onto the floor and cried.
"My dear boy, you have...The Grim."
She said making gasps echo around the room."The grin, what's the grin?" A boy with an Irish accent questioned out loud.
"Not the 'grin' you idiot. 'The Grim.' Taking a form of a giant spectral dog it's among the darkest omens in our world. If you omen the dead." The boy explained out loud making another wave of gasps echo throughout the room.
_______________
The class eventually came to an end and everyone gathered up there stuff to leave for the next lesson. I received a final note from the girl sitting across.
'I'm Elizabeth by the way.'
