Vanessa got here around 4:39 PM with her make-up kits in multiple bags and boxes may I add, she also brought her hair styling kit with all her gels and hair equipment. She basically barged down the door and ran up stairs to drop all her baggage on the bed. When I got up the stairs she flung me into a chair by my closet mirror and desk and got to work.
"So do you want to like have curls or have it straight or put up in a bun or up-do? I kinda need to know sweety." Vanessa stated holding a bunch of hair curlers in her hands.
"Well what do you think is best?" I asked her, she was the expert not me. She gave me a bright smile.
"I think we should have your hair loose and wavey / curly." Vanessa said as she moved closer.
"WAIT!!" I practically bellowed out to her. What was the point of doing my hair if I haven't even gotten dressed yet.
"What honey?" she replied looking confused. I sighed.
"I probably need to get dressed first." I pointed out. Vanessa made an 'oh' sound and nodded. I got up and walked to the closet, but Vanessa pushed me onto the bed and dug through my clothes. Vanessa pulled out a few pieces of clothing gorgeous ones that I forgot I had.
But only two really stood out to me. The first was a blue sparkly neck huger mid-drift and an aqua blue satin high-waisted skirt that went to mid-thigh. The second was a full piece dress, it was a strapless, sweet heart bust line. It was white and had green palm leaf patterns all over it and it ended at mid - thigh as well. Vanessa caught me staring at the two and smiled.

I was sitting down talking to Vanessa when I heard the doorbell ring. I quickly jumped up and ran to my door, looking at myself in the mirror as I passed, like a once over to make sure I looked okay. I heard Uncle Alex open the door and greet Morgen saying I'd be down in a second. I opened the door and peaked around the corner, Morgen was standing in a tuxedo and had a bunch of flowers in hand. I pulled my head back and smoothed down my clothes before I warily took a step around the corner in my high heeled wedges. Once I was around the corner I slowly descended the stairs, careful so I didn't trip and break my neck in front of Morgen. My hand slid down the wooden rail as I walked down, I heard a gasp and I looked up to see Morgen standing there jaw agape, flowers slack at his side and gorgeous eyes staring at me. I gave him a shy smile when I reached the last step.

Morgen's POV:
I was talking to Alex as I waited for Kimmy to come down stairs. He was very menacing when he opened the door, but when he saw me, he gave a smirk and said that Kimmy would be down in a second.
I hoped the flowers were okay, I didn't know what flowers she liked, but I just guessed, and I hope she likes them. I dunno what's happened to me lately, for the past few months I've acted like a love sick puppy, I wonder where the old Morgen went. The one that used to give all the girls that threw themselves on me the cold shoulder, or the one that never cared if I spent the rest of my life alone as an old man in a rocking chair, or the one that envisioned myself being a famous basketball player, single and free. But then Kimmy came to school with her weird ways, her love of sport, her mysterious background and beautiful smile. And it was like was my perfect type of girl, the one for me, even though I thought I'd end up alone.
Now I'm the type of guy that worries if he's planned the right date, or the one that cleans up in a tuxedo when we only go to a restaurant. Even since I met Kimmy, I've changed, and not in a bad way. My family wondered what happened to me and why I was so happy all of a sudden.
I was broken out of my thoughts when I heard slight pitter patters on the staircase, I looked up just in time to see Kimmy slowly descend the staircase. I gasped, she looked beautiful, very beautiful, and I just stood there like a dumb idiot staring at her as she walked up to me. She gave me a shy smile, like she was embarrassed by her looks or her descent down the staircase. It was then that I was back to myself, I smiled at her and gave her the bouquet of flowers I hoped she'd like, fresh light pastel blue sun lilies. She took the bouquet and brought it close to her face as she took in it's scent and smiled faintly at them, when she looked up, I was sure I had got the wrong flowers, she looked on the verge of tears.
