He fell to the ground, the immediate puncture of pain causing him to drop onto his knees, gasping out as he slipped onto the floor further, stomach against the ground.
She was dying, so was he.
"H-haewon-" he gasped out, clambering to his feet despite the grave pain he was in. His body was giving out, the red string appeared once more and he knew what it meant now.
"No, no." He panicked, his breaths ragged and laboured as he tripped over, crying out in pain, agonisingly heart wrenching and pained, he cried out.
"Haewon!" He yelled out, his body shaking and he couldn't breathe, he couldn't move. She was still.
He dragged himself over to her, practically flinging himself over her, panting out in pain, screwing his eyes shut and pressing his lips harshly to hers.
He wanted her to heal, he needed her to heal but when he pulled back, the wound was still bleeding. He was crying, sobbing as he put a hand to her neck to stop the bleeding- his body slowly shutting down.
"Please!" Jisung cried out, sobs racking his body as the blood gushed out over his fingers. "Please no! Please, I love you, please!" He screamed out, his heart emptying out. And in that moment, nothing could equate to the sincerity and love that poured through his voice and dripped as his tears.
Jisung couldn't hold it anymore, he whimpered in pain, his eyes seeing his dead lover for the last time- a lone tear rolling off his cheek onto her lips as he collapsed.
