"By the way, what did you see in those two monkeys?" asked Sam
"I ask myself that question everyday! What did I see in Neil that made me in this position" said Avni.
Avni had tensed up and was glaring at Neil who looked meekly.
Sam could sense the tension and went to Riya.
"You are a fashion designer right?"
Riya nodded
"I have seen your designs and they are so beautiful! I loved seeing them at the Malhotra fashion show"
"Thank you! Those designs were inspired by families around the world! By the way what do you do?"
"I'm a wedding planner who is also an accountant as well at times for my father office! I know it's a boring life but it my boring life so you don't have to feel sorry for me!"
"By the way Avni, I heard that you were a famous lawyer. For the Singh case, tune toh Singh ka watt lagaya hai! I admire your skills"
"Thanks"
Sam then put her arm around Neil
"Tillu! Show me the whole house naa!" and with that she pulled Neil leaving Avni behind
"Why is that girl a chipku! That too in front of his wife! Hmmph! She is just a friend naa!" thought Avni with her nose red and nostrils flaring!
"Baby I think someone is jealous!" exclaimed Ali who wrapped his arms around Riya!
Riya: Same here Ali
Avni: I'm not jealous
Ali: who said your name?
Avni annoyed: Shut up Ali!
She then smacked his head from the back
Ali: Ouch
Riya: Oh my poor baby! But you will miss these smacks for the month you are gone after marriage
Ali: um hmm
Riya than sensed something.
Riya: Ali! What happened?
Ali: woh the one month got extended
Riya; for?
Ali: A year...
Riya: A year!
Ali nodded while riya looked on sadly
Ali; baby I'm sorry but this is important for us. Can't you come with me?
Riya: Babe I can't! I'm just starting to handle the fashion house on my own and I need experience to handle before I open my own. I can't just uproot with you! I have a steady job and my family is here too. I don't think I can leave nana Nani here
Ali: Riya, why can't you understand! This job could lead to our dreams becoming true!
Riya: My only dream was to be with the love of my life and marry him because he is the one who gives me support and love but that's ok. I'm glad one of our dreams is coming true
With that she left leaving a grief stricken Ali in the hall.
Later at dinner
Bebe: where's Riya?
Ali: She had to go home...
Shweta: everything ok?
Ali: I don't know mom! Ask her! She just told me she's going home
Sam and Neil were still inseparable talking to each other with Sam brushing her arms against Neil every now and than making Avni burn in jealousy
Avni then started to choke on her food where Neil was the first to react and calmed her down patting her back
Neil worried: Are you ok?
Avni: I'm fine
Prakash: Kareena beta, do you know when Ruhi is coming back
Kareena : I think next week
Shweta: Kabir are you missing ruhi
Kabir: immensely and ever since Neil bhaiya and Avni Bhabhi found Hansmukh uncle, Ruhi wanted to spend alll time with him
Bebe: Bechari found him after so long. It took both tillu and Avni to find him. They work best as a team!
Avni then became tensed and Neil saw that.
Neil: I disagree Bebe. This lady don can handle things on her own. She is a very strong person but of course she cannot handle Neil Khanna charm and handsomeness
Avni; oh hello, your charm and handsomeness? What of those two traits do you have? I see neither. And as for team, I don't need a bandar or guava as a partner
Neil choked: Guava?
Avni then finished her dinner and left the table not before instructing Bebe and Shweta to bring the kids after they r done playing with them.
