Ch. 38 "That Smell?"

Me, Klaus and Stefan are in a clothing store Klaus and Stefan are drinking Champagne and waiting for Rebekah as she is trying clothes on, I'm sitting in-between Klaus and Stefan indian Style, 

Klaus isn't letting me out of his sight since I won't spill with what has been bothering me, 

"There has to be more to this dress," Rebekah said snapping me out of my thoughts 

"There's not," Klaus said 

She walks out of the fitting room she's wearing a short black dress, 

"So women in the 21st century dress like prostitutes, then you know I got dirty looks for wearing trousers," Rebekah said 

I looked at Klaus confused he just shrugged, 

"you wore trousers so women today could wear nothing,"Klaus said 

"And what is this music? It sounds like a cable car accident," Rebekah said 

I went to open my mouth but Stefan beat me to it 

"It's dance music," Stefan said 

"And people dance to this?" Rebekah asked 

I nodded as did Stefan 

"Are we done?" Klaus asked 

"And why are you so grumpy?" Rebekah asked 

"I needed one thing from you for my witch to find out why  my hybrids are dying on thing your neckless and you lost it," Klaus said 

"I didn't lose it it's just been missing for 90 years," Rebekah said 

I smirked at her answer, 

Rebekah looks at Stefan, 

"So what do you think?"  Rebekah said 

"I like it," Stefan said blankly 

She looked at him unsatisfied 

"What? I said I like it," Stefan said 

"I can always tell when you're lying Stefan," Rebekah said 

She goes back into the fitting room Klaus looks at Stefan, I look up at the ceiling annoyed 

"Nice one good work," Klaus said 

"you're the one who pulled the dagger out of her," Stefan mumbles 

"I heard that." Rebekah said 

"All right I'm going to get some fresh air," Stefan said getting up and leaving 

Klaus poured himself some champagne 

I huff when a smell hits my nose 

I sniff the air that smell it smells familiar? I thought 

"What is it little wolf?" Klaus looking at me 

"It's nothing," I said 

Time Skip

I'm sitting at the Bar eating a burger since I haven't eaten anything since well since I went Coyote 

"You left us," Rebekah said 

"Yeah, sorry, Retail therapy was making my head explode," Stefan said 

"Ditto," I said 

"Tell me about it," Klaus said 

I smell something on Stefan, He hears me sniffing, and looks at me with worry, that smell I thought, 

"What's she doing?" Stefan asked 

"She's failing," Klaus said 

"It's hard to find something when you don't have anything to go on," Gloria said 

"Can't you use her?" I asked pointing at Rebekah, 

they all looked at me then at Gloria, 

"Yeah I've only wore it for a thousand years," Rebekah said 

"See now the girls offer a solution," Gloria said 

Rebekah sits on the table, 

"All right give me your hand sweetheart," Gloria said 

Rebekah gives her hand to her 

I slowly feel my eyes start to flutter shut,
