Virgil was once again surrounded by darkness except the moth and the flame are flying around Virgil. Virgil just stood there not knowing what to do when the butterfly and the moth had been flying around him. The moth had seemed to notice because it started landing on the ground and the butterfly was just landing next to the moth.
Virgil didn't say anything until...
" Come in despair!" The butterfly talked while white smoke went around the butterfly covering it. Virgil was very shocked when the butterfly turned into a little girl. " Hello! I am Hope and this is my sister Despair" Virgil looked back at the moth who seemed to be Despair turn to another little girl. Despair looks like hope but a more sorrowful look. " Hello." Virgil looked between each of the girls and had so many questions. Hope noticed that it was awkward so decided to speak up. " You must have questions!" Hope said joyfully. Despair just looked at her very unimpressed and looked back at Virgil who was very shocked.
" Yes I do have questions."
Despair looked at Virgil, "Ask away."
Virgil started asking questions and learned that the girls are twins and are 10 years old.
" Also what is that door for?"
Despair glanced at Hope and Hope nodded. Hope looked directly at Virgil's eyes and says, " You are the one who decides and we will try to help you and teach you on how to use the door.We don't have time anymore." Despair also looked at Virgil in the eyes and also speaks up.
" Wake up."
