"Oh, Y/N, before you leave, can you put these vases in the window? Oh, wrap a red bow around them!" Your aunt said, setting one of them down on the table, she reached under the counter and grabbed the roll, tossing it into your hand

"Oh, Y/N, before you leave, can you put these vases in the window? Oh, wrap a red bow around them!" Your aunt said, setting one of them down on the table, she reached under the counter and grabbed the roll, tossing it into your hand.

"You know I'm not good at bows," you pouted, pulling the string around the glass.

"But you'll never learn if you don't practice!" She chirped, tapping her fingers on the counter. "Which is why I asked you to do it." You started to tie the bow, frowning when it didn't turn out how you wanted it. You attempted a few more times, which made you frown even more when it turned out worse each time you tried.

You heard a laugh coming from your aunt, which made you a bit irritated, but you covered it with a laugh, "help me!!" You whined, watching as she grabbed the second vase, getting the ribbon and wrapping it around.

"Okay, now watch me."

You watched as she wrapped the ribbon around, you followed her every step, the irritation slowly faded away when the bow turned out just as hers. "Ahh! I did it!" You cheered, reaching for the third base, getting another strip of the ribbon and tying it around yet again. It turned out not as good as the last, but your aunt nodded in acceptance.

You quickly picked them up, bringing them to the window and setting them down. After they were positioned, you went back to the counter, grabbing your bag.

"I'll be back tomorrow!" You called out.

The warm spring breeze brushed against your skin. You took a deep breath in, the flowers that now surrounded the shops door filled your senses. A smile appeared on your face, your fingers pushed the headphones into your ears, pressing the play button as you made your way down the pathway leading to the sidewalk.

You looked around, admiring the new scenery you have yet to see due to getting a ride from your father this morning. You were too distracted to realize you walked right into somebody, the bump made you fall back, your hands pressing against the cold concrete to try and help break your fall. Your palms stung, quickly you pulled a headphone out, "I-I-I'm sorry I-" you looked up to see a group of men in plague masks, which made your heart drop. You quickly got to your feet, your eyes wide as you waited for the person to say something—anything. But when nothing came, you felt your face start to flush as you quickly walked around them.

You couldn't help but glance back, the feeling of their eyes burrowing holes into the back of your head made your skin crawl. Once you got to the corner, you were about to turn around once more, but a black car pulled up beside you, one of the men making eye contact with you through the window as the car passed by.

Once they were out of sight, the stinging in your palms got too surreal, diverting your eyes to your palms, you noticed blood was slowly trickling down to your fingertips. Locationing the closest store, you quickly walked in and bought a water bottle and bandaids, rinsing and patching yourself up before making your way back home.

Turning on your street, you started to pick up the pace, you felt utterly disgusting and needed a shower. Passing your neighbors house, you had the urge to look over. You tried to fight it, until you felt eyes on you yet again, which drew you over to the all glass house. The plague masks filled your vision yet again, the three men as well as your neighbor was standing there, a plague mask replacing the once black medical mask. They stood on the second story of the house, looking down at you.

You felt your mouth drop a bit before running into your house.

who the hell is this guy?
