A Chance.

3rd POV

Jungkook is having a long day and he is tired. He look at his phone, Taehyung havent replied him yet and that put him to a mood but he cant blame Taehyung, he has to be patient.

"Im sorry we had to take the train, i didnt expect my car to broke down" Mr Yong, a person who accompanied him outstation says to him. They were using his car but suddenly it doesnt want to start at all so they had to send to the workshop and went back to Seoul by riding the train. Mr Yong thought that Jungkook is in a bad mood because they had to ride.

"No, its okay. How would you know anyway" he assured him with a smile. He relaxed a little. They were standing up, giving up their seat to a bunch of school girls. They had to go back earlier than they suppose to. Jungkook yawned, bored.

"Omoooo he is so handsome" Jungkook glance to the  school girls who is squealing. One of the girl is holding a magazine and he peeked. Its Taehyung! And Jimin and Yoongi. They were talking about the three boys.

"But this guy is so cute and handsome, i want him to be my oppa" says one of the girl and point at Jimin's picture. "He's just so perfect and dreamy" another girl continues and Jungkook just roll his eyes.

"OH GOD the interview is starting!" A girl with her headphone on almost screamed, earning a few glare from the others but the bunch did not care. "I wanna listen too!" And the others also protest so she put it on loud speaker.

"Annyeonghaseyo everyone, its Kim Taehyung" and the girl 'awwwwed' "he sounded shy, he's so cute".

Jungkook's ears twitched, his eyes widened. Its Taehyung, he has no idea what is going on and he is Jungshook.

"So the first question, what is Taehyung-sshi favorite food?"

Burgers. Jungkook thought and he is right, he know Taehyung for 10 years, its impossible not to know, and he is right. When Taehyung told the interviewers that he will go the the place they recommend him, the girls also said that they will go to the place everyday, hoping to bump into him.

No way in hell.

Jungkook guessed the second question correctly and he is proud. He give the girls a smirk that only he can understand. One of the girl notice Jungkook's behavior but did not say anything. She just glare at him.

Jungkook inch closer to the girls eavesdrop and he made a mental note that Taehyung would like to go to an amusement park for a date but he thought that he might take him to Han River at night to watch the stars.

"Does Taehyung-sshi has a girlfriend or taken?"

Jungkook's heart dropped. He should've known that this question will come out eventually, he is not ready.

"No i dont have a girlfriend" Taehyung answered and the girls screamed in joy. Jungkook feels dejected, he feel like he just lose. He knows that Taehyung wont say that he is gay but he was hoping, although impossible, Taehyung would lie and say that he has a girlfriend. He was hoping for Taehyung to lie but who is he kidding, Taehyung wants the divorce, Of course he has to make himself available. Jungkook was deep in his thought when Taehyung said 'but im already taken'. He did not hear them, but lucky enough to snapped out of it to hear what Taehyung says next.

"I am married for 3 years now"

His heart stopped. He must've been wrong, he must've heard wrong. There's no way that Taehyung would-

Jungkook told himself to breath. He close his eyes and take a deep breath and count to 5, hold it for 3 seconds and breathe out while counting to 5. He open his eyes and look at the girls who is arguing and they sound devastated with the revelation. Jungkook slap his face.

"Ouch! That hurt!" He exclaimed. Mr Yong then inches aways from Jungkook.

It hurt! Its real. Im not dreaming. Why would Taehyung say that he is married when he is planning on the divorce? Unless.......

Jungkook then smile like a total idiot. He doesnt want to say it out loud, not even in his thoughts because if he said it then he might hope for it to come true and he knows what they say about hope, it kills.

But he didnt want to be negative about this but he doesnt want to be too positive either. For now he just want to take the win that Taehyung told people that he is married, he's more than happy with that.

Jungkook is grinning like a total idiot.

"I assume thats what you decided with your marriage?" Namjoon called Taehyung 5 minutes after the interview ends. He must've been listening.

"Yes.. you were right. It hurt when Jungkook change but living without each other, its killing me and i can see that its killing Jungkook too."

"Finally, its what i've been trying to tell you" Namjoon says on the other end.

"Sorry i take a long time to realize." Taehyung chuckled.

"As long as you realize, it doesnt matter. I wonder how Jungkook will react when he hears you say that" Namjoon tries to tease.

"Jungkook dont listed to radio, but its okay, im planning on talking with him when he got back" Taehyung says in a serious tone.

Namjoon is glad that Taehyung finally made his decision and he is glad that he decided to stay married to Jungkook. Jungkook is a class A prick but he's the only prick that can make Taehyung happy. He has seen Taehyung with and without Jungkook so he knows. It's Jungkook and only Jungkook.

He will cancel Taehyung's divorce letter and inform both of Taehyung's parents. He bet that they will be thrilled with Taehyung's decision.

But Namjoon is having a pit in his stomach, like something is about to happened. Hopefully everything will go smoothly and pray that his instinct is wrong.

Although they're never wrong.
