welcome to the third voting
session of project memory. like
that of last time, this is posted
before the result episode is
released. this is due to me needing
all the numbers prior to writing
to make things more simple!

like last time, you will not
be spam voting. all votes will be
calculated by using google forms.
the only form of 'spam voting' that
I will be keeping is the group voting
and the individual group voting.
this is to save my own sanity from
not only my notifs being spammed,
but so I don't lose track of
important updates from afs that I
have applied for, as well as books I
read.

now, there will be strict rules that
must be followed before you can
even think about sending in a form.

here are the rules :

     ─ for spam voting trainees, per day you
          can only send in FIVE forms.

     ─ when voting you must only vote for
          FOUR trainees.

     ─ you must input your current username.
          if you have changed your username
          within the time that you vote, please let
          me know what your old username was
          in brackets.

     ─ if I've missed anything, feel free to ask
         questions.
